Collingwood v Essendon Tips - Round 17 (5/7/2024)
Betting Tip: Essendon by 3
A cracking start to the weekend with the Goliath v Goliath Anzac Day rematch - which might have been the best game this year thus far.
Both teams play similar footy, and they have both been hot and cold of late. It is always a good hit out, and this Friday will be no different. The eyes will be on every umpiring decision, and Brad Scott will surely drill it into the Dons this week to keep their composure, and if they listen I think they’ll prevail. Plus, Jamie Elliot loves playing Essendon and he won’t be there to save the day.
Dons in a thriller.
Essendon Line (+12.5) 1.90 at Neds

- Leg 1: Essendon Line (+12.5)
- Leg 2: Brody Mihocek 2+ Goals
- Leg 3: Bobby Hill 2+ Goals
Same Game Multi is paying 12.34 with Neds (2nd of July).

North Melbourne v Gold Coast Tips - Round 17 (6/7/2024)
Betting Tip: Gold Coast by 16
Kangaroos are still on the verge of disrupting some finals dreams, and are a very real chance of doing so to the Suns, in a game Gold Coast probably considered a lock.
However, I’m backing Suns to not drop the ball on this one. The incredible home prowess they keep showing continues to give hope they can beat anyone anywhere - which they can’t, but surely they’ll keep the Kangaroos at bay.
Norths advantage of a young and tough midfield will be meet their match with the hard nuts at Gold Coast, and both teams have their sharp shooters (King and Larkey). Should be a decent game, but backing the Suns.
Gold Coast to Win (1-39) 2.10 at Neds
Same Game Multi Tip:
- Leg 1: Gold Coast to Win (1-39)
- Leg 2: Nick Larkey 2+ Goals
- Leg 3: Cameron Zurhaar 2+ Goals
Same Game Multi is paying 7.11 with Neds (2nd of July).

Port Adelaide v Western Bulldogs Tips - Round 17 (6/7/2024)
Betting Tip: Bulldogs by 26
It’s exciting with such a close 3-13, it makes most games a must-win. And although we sound like a broken record, this will be no exception.
Port have gone to sleep of late and only just snuck home a win against the relatively easy beat St Kilda last week, while the Dogs are in much better form, led by future Brownlow medalist The Bont.
Doggies to win comfortably.
Western Bulldogs to Win 1.80 at Neds
Same Game Multi Tip:
- Leg 1: Western Bulldogs to Win
- Leg 2: Mitch Georgiades 2+ Goals
- Leg 3: Darcy Byrne-Jones 2+ Goals
Same Game Multi is paying 10.88 with Neds (2nd of July).

Geelong v Hawthorn Tips - Round 17 (6/7/2024)
Betting Tip: Hawthorn by 9
Another rematch of a usually weapon of a game - the Easter Monday performance as abysmal from Hawthorn earlier in the year, but, neither team is the same as they were in April.
Although the Cats demolished Essendon on the weekend, the score did not reflect the result. They’ve been less than average of late, and Hawks are looking unstoppable.
Expecting a turn of events and Hawks to prevail this time.
Hawthorn to Win (1-39) 2.90 at Neds
Same Game Multi Tip:
- Leg 1: Hawthorn to Win
- Leg 2: Jeremy Cameron 2+ Goals
- Leg 3: Tyson Stengle 2+ Goals
Same Game Multi is paying 9.88 with Neds (2nd of July).

GWS v Carlton Tips - Round 17 (6/7/2024)
Betting Tip: Carlton by 32
The orange tsunami has fully receded so much lately that it’d be too small to even surf on.
The Blues on the other hand are in Premiership form and Patty Cripps showing why he is one of the best of the league.
It was a fun ride Giants, but backing the Blues to send Western Sydney to want to watch League again.
Carlton Line (-3.5) 1.90 at Neds
Same Game Multi Tip:
- Leg 1: Carlton to Win (25+)
- Leg 2: Callum Brown 2+ Goals
- Leg 3: Jesse Hogan 2+ Goals
Same Game Multi is paying 18.15 with Neds (2nd of July).

Fremantle v Richmond Tips - Round 17 (6/7/2024)
Betting Tip: Fremantle by 56
It’s barely worth doing a match preview on Richmond, as the only thing is predicting how much they will get flogged by, what player might step up but won’t, and how hilarious the whole situation is.
Freo are looking very strong lately and over in Perth this should be a percentage booster. Considering they recently flogged Richmond by 9 goals less than 2 months ago, I think this will be a similar result.
Fremantle to win comfortably and be happy with their draw.
Fremantle Line (-43.5) 1.90 at Neds
Same Game Multi Tip:
- Leg 1: Fremantle to Win (25+)
- Leg 2: Shai Bolton 2+ Goals
- Leg 3: Noah Balta 2+ Goals
Same Game Multi is paying 7.99 with Neds (2nd of July).

Melbourne v West Coast Tips - Round 17 (7/7/2024)
Betting Tip: Melbourne by 20
Speaking of rides that were fun, this week will determine if the Eagles and more specifically Harley Reid, will show any type of entertainment to fans or just start preparing for next year.
The Dees are one I consider will drop out of the 8, so West Coast do stand some kind of a chance, but it’s not enough. Even with a continuous depleted side, Melbourne should get it done.
If the game was in Perth maybe not, but it isn’t.
Melbourne to Win (1-39) 2.20 at Neds
Same Game Multi Tip:
- Leg 1: Melbourne to Win (1-39)
- Leg 2: Jamie Cripps 2+ Goals
- Leg 3: Oscar Allen 2+ Goals
Same Game Multi is paying 10.49 with Neds (2nd of July).

St Kilda v Sydney Tips - Round 17 (7/7/2024)
Betting Tip: Sydney by 35
Freo magnificently proved that even a god team can bleed last week - and at Sydney. It was always bound to happen, although I didn’t expect last week, but Sydney will be much more alert this week and will safely resume the mantle.
St Kilda have done nothing but make footy boring this year, and will be no threat to capitalise on Sydney while the chips are down.
Sydney to prove a point on why they are where they are on the ladder.
Sydney Line (-21.5) 1.90 at Neds
Same Game Multi Tip:
- Leg 1: Sydney Line (-21.5)
- Leg 2: Max King 2+ Goals
- Leg 3: Mitch Owens 2+ Goals
Same Game Multi is paying 13.96 with Neds (2nd of July)
Tips provided by Mason.
Brisbane v Adelaide Tips - Round 17 (7/7/2024)
Betting Tip: Brisbane by 34
Brisbane have more than revived their season and will be looking at cementing it this week with some more points. They are already boasting the second highest percentage in the league at the humble spot of 8.
Adelaide showed great promise at the end of last year, but never made anything from it and will continue to do so this week. Don’t let last week fool you, GWS are also a sinking ship.
Brisbane to win comfortably at The Gabba.
Brisbane to Win (25+) 1.64 at Neds
Same Game Multi Tip:
- Leg 1: Brisbane to Win (25+)
- Leg 2: Josh Rachele 2+ Goals
- Leg 3: Darcy Fogarty 2+ Goals
Same Game Multi is paying 17.02 with Neds (2nd of July)

About the tipsters
Born and raised in country Victoria, Jimmy tries to hang on to his rural roots by wearing R.Ms in the office, which have never seen a speck of mud.
A keen Essendon fan, he spends most of his free time in the MCC Reserve - where he refuses to join in on Mexican waves, has a wine & cheese platter instead of a pint and a pie, and tells anyone unfortunate enough to listen that Thymosin Beta-4 wasn’t a banned substance.
Born on the wrong side of the ditch, Mason spends his days trying to convince the team that he's as True Blue as the rest of us. When he's not doing that, he spends his days writing, re-writing, and re-re-writing betting site reviews and guides.
This OCDish behaviour would be annoying in most people but when it comes to researching bets and creating accurate bookmaker reviews, it's working out pretty well for the whole team.
