Betfocus launched in March 2024 using the Punterstech software. Betfocus has plenty of positives in an ever-growing competitive market of bookmakers. Their app sets the standard, with a clean setup that is easy to navigate and use.
Betfocus does fast withdrawals four times daily, meaning you will get your money quickly. This is more often than most bookmakers across Australia. They respond promptly on live chat and offer loyalty deposit matches if you are a regular punter. Plenty of promotions are on offer daily with a generous maximum stake capacity, which isn’t common amongst bookmakers.
Another positive with Betfocus is that they're often up with their Wednesday racing odds on a Tuesday night - something that you can only expect from the bigger corporates. Their prices are also competitive with some horses slightly better and other slightly worse.
Betfocus also only allows one bonus bet per race. So you will need to look elsewhere if you are a punter who likes to spread their bonus bets when using them. Deposit options are limited with Betfocus, no live streaming is available and there are no tips. Racing analysis is on the thin side and could improve. Customer support isn’t 24/7 but expect quality service.

Betfocus App ✅
The Betfocus app gets a big tick of approval.
They have kept the layout clear and easy to focus on. Promos are distinctively highlighted with a dollar sign emoji to avoid any confusion. The blue, orange, and white colour scheme looks fresh, and overall, there is no lagging while using the app. Bet focus can be used on both computer and through the app.
A faultless app goes a long way in wanting to continue using a bookmaker and with the Betfocus app what you see is what you get which is a clean and seamless service.
Betfocus Promotions ✅
If you have an account, there are a very good number of promotions on offer throughout the week through Betfocus including money back for second on different races and high maximum stakes for promotions, which is a big plus.
If you can show Betfocus some loyalty with your punting frequency they will reward you back with various offers. The negative is that bonus bets are limited to one per race and there is no tolerance around this. This rule isn’t easy to find.
If an offer is provided to you over live chat, they will not mention these terms attached to it, nor provide a link to the T&Cs. If you place more than one bonus bet on a race, they will close your account until you reach out via live chat about your account and explain you will not break the T&Cs again.
This seems abrupt and would likely cause general punters confusion and to turn away from Betfocus.

Another positive is that withdrawals can be cancelled right up to being paid out. So, if you change your mind and want to spend your pending withdrawal, the option is there.
The only slight negative is they can’t offer times when withdrawals are processed, however, four times in one day is much better than one or none!
