To avoid repeating ourselves too much, let's take it for granted that BoomBet's app and website are fundamentally the same - payments are just as fast, all the options and odds are identical and you still won't get features like same game multis.

In saying that, the BoomBet app is also a bit different in that the navigation gets a facelift, and because fewer things are on the screen at any one point in time, using the BoomBet app is simple, satisfying, and fast.

For thoroughbreds, all markets will have fixed odds prices as well as either Best Tote, Best Tote + SP, or Best of the Best odds. The bigger the race, the more likely it is to have BoB odds and also Top Fluc options - which means more value for you as a punter.

Along with quality prices, BoomBet has price fluctuation information, full form guides, speedmaps, runner comments, and multiple different tips options for all Australian and New Zealand gallop races.

Notable racing features that are missing from BoomBet include exotics (until the day of the race), same race multis, and live streaming.

Do note that BoomBet does have a $2,000 limit on Best Tote + SP odds and a $500 limit on Best of the Best odds - which isn't great for big-time players but also shouldn't be a problem for most punters.

For harness racing and greyhounds, Middle Tote win odds and VIC Tote place odds are commonplace but you'll also get fixed odds and sometimes Best Tote odds if you're betting closer to the jump or on a bigger race.

BoomBet also covers all major international thoroughbred and harness races from around the world including the USA, Japan, South Africa, France, UK, UAE, Sweden, and more - generally, these have fixed odds options but if not you'll be able to pick up Mid Tote prices.

BoomBet also offers racing results and racing futures which are generally kept to the biggest Australian, New Zealand, and UK thoroughbred meets.

If you're looking to bet on the biggest Australian and international sports then BoomBet will certainly serve you well.

BoomBet offers 100-200 markets for leagues like the AFL, NRL, EPL, NBA, NHL, and NFL. You'll find $1.90 lines most of the time but they can jump slightly above or below this depending on how much action a certain bet gets.

Otherwise, Boombet's pre-match sporting odds are competitive for all major markets like Head-to-Heads, Lines, Over/Unders, Margins, Points, First Scorer, Half Time, and Margin bets - but we still recommend shopping between BoomBet and some of our other favourite sports betting sites to ensure you get the best price for your bets.

BoomBet doesn't have many futures markets or player props for sports which is a bit of a letdown. BoomBet also displays Same Game Multi options for certain matches but these are pre-selected so you can't build your own Same Game Multis.
