BetRoyale launched in 2023 and was one of the earlier BetCloud bookmakers to join the market. While they aren’t the worst bookmaker out there, BetRoyale doesn't rank highly and landed a 3/5 star rating with us.
BetRoyale has no live streaming, no tips, no racing back promotions, and very thin racing analysis. Racing odds are also below par and not good enough. BetRoyale odds are often trumped by 30-40 cents on favourites compared to JuicyBet and other bookmakers. The sports market is also very thin.
BetRoyale does have its positives. The sign up process is very fast. Offers are solid enough and loyalty is rewarded for punters who continue to use the service. Customer service is 24/7, fast to reply and accurate. The app is fast and slick although I found it a bit hard to see at times with the dark blue and yellow colour scheme.
Responsible Gambling gets a mention, both advertised on the home screen banner on the home page and under a designated link. Some positive new features to BetRoyale include Best Tote, Quaddies, Same Game Multis, Same Race Multis, Protest Payout and Mystery Bets.

BetRoyale App ❌
The BetRoyale app is fast and glitch-free but the chosen colour scheme can make things hard to see. Dark blue and yellow are quite heavy colours and it often gets a bit too much on the eye when navigating and using the app.
While the graphics and animation look good, the colour scheme needs some thought or rejigging, otherwise it makes it too difficult to find what you are after and place bets.
