    VolcanoBet Overview

    Bryce Parker
    Bryce Parker - Regular Punter

VolcanoBet erupted onto the scene in July 2023 and not much separates them from other BetCloud bookmakers.

Expect the typical flashy-looking graphics that are eye-catching and appealing. You can also expect a fast, user-friendly, and glitch-free app and website that is easy to use with minimal fuss. Offers aren’t anything crazy but are unique and loyal punters are rewarded. Customer service is 24/7 and very fast to reply. Racing odds are available in decent time and markets open earlier than a lot of other bookmakers. VolcanoBet has recently made Quaddies available and introduced Same Game Multis, Same Race Multis, Protest Payout on fixed odds for Australian Racing, and Blended Bets where you can back multiple runners for an outcome. For example, if you can’t decide between two runners you can back them both and it will blend your stake for a specific return.

Deposit options are very restricted with VolcanoBet (you can only use credit/debit card). The racing analysis is typical of bookmakers who use the BetCloud software, with very short comments on occasional runners and no tips. VolcanoBet does not offer live streaming and it is a guessing game as to whether fixed odds are or aren’t available on certain races when using the app/website. This is frustrating as a punter and something you shouldn’t have to go through. You will find you have to click into a specific race to see if fixed odds are live yet or not.

Overall VolcanoBet gets a decent rating of 4/5. They tick enough boxes to join up with and while you aren’t getting much of a different experience from any other BetCloud bookmaker, that experience is still worth getting involved with.

    Full Volcanobet Review

    Volcanobet App ✅

Volcanobet offers a very good app & website that are both lag-free and fast.

The graphics and colour scheme are very appealing and it is simple and easy to navigate through the app, being very user-friendly.

A negative about the app/website is that you can not tell when fixed odds are or aren’t available until you click into the race. An idea to fix this is to have a symbol or the letters F/ FO next to races that have live fixed odds. This saves the punter from having to click in and out of every race to find out if prices are or are not live yet.

Some good functions have been introduced to the app including Protest Payout for Australian horse racing and trots as well as blended bets, a new and interesting feature where you can select 2 horses in a race and get paid particular odds if either wins.

For punters who like to back more than one runner in a race this saves them both time and calculations. Same Race Multis and Same Game Multis are available and Volcanobet also has recently introduced Quaddies.

    Volcanobet Promotions ✅

Promotions and offers are unique and loyal punters get rewarded.

    Volcanobet Withdrawals ✅

Volcanobet withdrawals are processed once daily in the afternoon Monday to Friday. There is no exact withdrawal processing time but it generally happens between 3-4 pm each day.

It can take 1-3 business days for your withdrawal to arrive but we've found that it most often appears in your account that same night or by the next business day.

Volcanobet Racing and Sports Markets ✅

There is an excellent range of local and international racing markets available and one of the better ranges on offer from any bookmakers in Australia. VolcanoBet cover all meetings that major bookmakers typically do and more than what your usual non-major bookie would. Sports markets are on the thin side and they only offer typically 7-9 different (major) sports.

    Volacanobet Tips ❌

Much like other BetCloud bookmakers, VolanoBet offers minimal race analysis on the app/website. This involves short and sharp comments such as ‘Consistent Performer, ‘Best Rated’ and so on. These comments should be taken with a pinch of salt and can at times be inaccurate. VolcanoBet doesn’t provide tips or speed maps. So if you are a punter who likes their stats and analysis then you are best to look elsewhere.

Volacanobet Live Streaming and Betting ❌

There is no live betting or streaming on VolcanoBet.

Volcanobet Racing and Sports Odds ✅

Volcanobet's odds are okay and are generally around the mark with other BetCloud bookmakers. Overall, not worth raving about, but also not the worst.

    VolacanoBet Deposit Options ❌

There is only one deposit option at Volcanobet and that's debit card.

    VolacanoBet Customer Service/Support ❌

Volcanobet's live chat is open 24/7.
