A few areas to improve for Terrybet include that fixed odds are very slow to become live. Often the fixed odds won't appear until a few hours before a race meeting commences. Another concern is that twice in the space of a few weeks when withdrawing funds there was an outage with the banking system. While this wasn’t ideal, I notified customer service, and the issue was rectified along with a loyalty supplement and apology.
