#1 Betway Sportsbook Canada
Betway’s our number one sportsbook in Canada. The trusted brand’s biggest flex is what it offers in terms of NHL bets, namely with its specials and boosts. For example, you can bet on player specials, such as for Auston Mathews and William Nylander both to score 1+ goals when the Maple Leafs face one of their many opponents in the NHL season.
Another positive included with Betway’s sportsbook is the soccer bet builder, which has a solid level of customization. You can bet on Manchester United to win, Marcus Rashford to score, and for the game to exceed a total of 1.5 goals. Betway also offer up a dedicated hub for esports betting, that provides users with a range of bets available across titles such as League of Legends, DOTA 2, VALORANT, Call of Duty, and Starcraft BroodWar. Users can access esports live-streaming for free, and can bet on everything from match winners, to method of victory for a specific map. You can also easily deposit and withdraw with Interac, and Betway offers “daily games” for both NBA and soccer on top of hockey.
Issues with Betway include the fact that the operator only offers a bet builder for soccer. We’d recommend Bet365 if you’re looking to build bets on NHL, NFL, or any other sport. Betway’s are also not the best that users can find in Canada, so we’d again recommend Bet365, or LeoVegas if odds are of high importance to you.
Who should opt for Betway
✅ NHL bettors
✅ Soccer bettors
✅ Esports bettors
Who should avoid Betway
❌ Bettors that like a bet builder (we recommend LeoVegas)
❌ Bettors that want the best odds (we recommend Bet365)
How we ranked Betway
- Betting Variety
Our Score: 9/10
Betway’s betting variety is among the very best in Canada.
They offer plenty of options across soccer, football, hockey, basketball and baseball, as well as other sports.
On football, hockey, baseball and basketball, you can bet on main markets, props, and totals per half and quarter. We felt that a same game parlay (or bet builder as they call it) for each of these sports would have come in handy, but there isn't one available.
Betway’s bet builder for soccer is hands down the best in Canada, and the variety of options for this sport is excellent. Overall the odds could improve for some sports, but the value is still there.
- Mobile Experience
Our Score: 10/10
Betway’s got one of the best betting apps in Ontario. It received a 4.7 ranking on the iOS App Store, and a 4.2 ranking on Google Play.
What we liked most about the betting app was the fact that users are able to seamlessly transition through the app, just as you’re able to do on the desktop website.
All features are available on the app as well, and the app is kept up to date and seldom crashes.
- Payment Options
Our Score: 10/10
Betway has plenty of payment of options to choose from. The most important one for us was of course Interac which users can use to deposit into their betting wallets, as well as withdraw from their accounts.
Aside from that, Betway also offer Visa, Mastercard, NeoSurf, ecoPayz, iDebit, and more!
- Betting Experience
Our Score: 9/10
Betway’s betting experience is a certainly a strength of theirs, but is an aspect that, if it were tweaked, would reach a 10/10 score for us.
The site is good to interact with, but if you’re delving deep into markets, they don’t provide navigation to get back to the original page you were browsing on. For example, if you’re looking to bet on a World Cup goalscorer, and decide that you don’t want to bet there, instead of returning to the outright page, you’d return to the overarching World Cup page.
Aside from that, the betting experience is good. Placing bets is easy, and the homepage doesn’t feel overrun with different options, making it a good option for both new and seasoned players.
- Support
6/10
Betway’s support could be significantly improved. Their live chat seems to be automated, which can be really unhelpful for those more niched questions and issues. Trying to email them was also tricky, as they took ages to respond.
Our recommendation is to join Betway social media groups (like on Facebook or Twitter), or use Reddit, because it’s likely that the issues you may or may not face have been faced before as well.
#2 Bet365 Canada
Bet365 easily has the most comprehensive sportsbook in all of Canada. The range of bets that users have the choice between is stifling. In more detail, what we like most about are the weekly same game parlay boosts for NHL bets, as well as NBA bets. You can bet on boosted parlays, such as for the Maple Leafs, Oilers, and Canucks to win, with odds being changed from +528, all the way to +626, giving you almost an extra $100!
Another aspect about Bet365’s sportsbook that stood out to us was the consistent value of the odds. We often use the odds provided by Bet365 as the benchmark of value. On most occasions, they charge as little as 3% on their margins for soccer bets for example, which compared to the likes of 888sport and Betway, is extremely valuable. Included with these great odds are more bets available than one is able to count without giving up. You can bet on everything from the match winner, to the time of the first score in a hockey game for example.
Other aspects about Bet365 we love are the easy to download, high quality app, along with the fact that the brand has operated in Canada for ages, and is well trusted by Canadians. The only issues we experienced with Bet365 included the website interface, which isn’t the best for newer users or those looking for a bit of pizzazz. Another thing we weren’t wild about were the cash-out offers from Bet365, which are considerably lower compared to Betway, for example.
Bet365 operates pursuant to an agreement with iGaming Ontario.
Who should opt for Bet365
✅ Those looking for more betting options
✅ Those looking for the best odds
✅ Those in the market for a quality live betting site
Who should avoid Bet365
❌ Players that often cash out their bets (we recommend Betway)
❌ Players looking for a user interface out of the future (we recommend BetVictor)
How we ranked Bet365
- Betting Variety
Our Score: 10/10
Bet365 offers the widest range of odds and lines in Canada. It actually gave Ben headaches to check all the lines that are available on this betting site.
The range of lines is especially impressive for soccer, but also immense for the NFL, NBA and NHL. They offer bet builders (same game parlays) for each of the sports mentioned above, too.
We’re big fans of the spread betting toggle feature offered on 888Sport and LeoVegas, and we thought that if Bet365 were to become completely unbeatable within this category, they could offer one of those too.
Otherwise, you won’t be able to find better odds anywhere in Canada.
- Betting Experience
Our Score: 9/10
We felt that the betting experience on Bet365 was decent enough, but doesn’t compare to the likes of Betway and Coolbet for example.
The site appears bland, and almost spreadsheet-like in design.
This falls away a little more on the app, but all in all, the navigation is good, placing bets is easy, and the site is responsive, and feels good to interact with.
- Mobile Experience
Our Score: 9/10
Bet365 offers an app to Canadian players, which can be downloaded on both the App Store and on Google Play. The app looks and feels to be cutting edge, as when it’s used on an iPhone device, you’re able to easily log in through Apple’s facial recognition feature.
Aside from that, you’re able to do everything you can on the desktop site on the app, and we actually preferred using the app because it felt cleaner.
- Payment Options
Our Score: 10/10
Bet365 offers plenty of payment options, most popular amongst them being Interac of course. You can also make payments through Visa and Mastercard, iDebit and Bank Wire.
This is quite a solid list when compared to what else is out there, which is why they’ve been given the score that they have.
- Support
Our Score: 9/10
Our experience of Bet365’s support has only been positive. Through each of the channels, we’ve tried to reach them, we’ve managed to get a helpful response.
They have a live chat feature on their website, that looks to manned by an actual person, and they also offer phone and email support.
- Legality
Our Score: 10/10
Bet365 is licensed in a number of jurisdictions, including Ontario, UK, Malta, USA, Greece, Argentina & more! Bet365 is 100% legit.
#3 BetVictor Canada
Hailing from the sports betting mecca of the world (the UK) BetVictor offers an impressive sportsbook to players looking for a solid alternative to the regular heavyweights that many probably already have an account with (like Betway and Bet365). The first thing that stands out as a big highlight for us was the bet builder that can be used on the NBA, soccer, and in a lesser form on the NHL. You can bet on LeBron to score between as little as 15, and as many as 50 points in a given game, while also betting on the Lakers to win, whether the third period will be the highest scoring, and so on.
We were also big fans of the odds boosts that were regularly given for the NHL and NBA, which are offered on top of already solid odds that are available for these sports. We were also happy to see that BetVictor have no begun accepting betting deposits and withdrawals via Interac, and their simple website and app layout rounds out a very good betting site that we recommend users with existing accounts on Betway and Bet365 to try.
Where BetVictor falls somewhat short is with regard to the bet builder that we highlighted as one of their big selling points. The bet builder offered is topnotch, but the only issue we have with it is the fact that it is not available on more sports. Another thing we would be happy seeing would be more prop bets for the NHL.
19+ | T+Cs apply | Play responsibly | ConnexOntario.ca | BetVictor operates pursuant to an agreement with iGaming Ontario
Who should opt for BetVictor
✅ Players with existing accounts on Betway and Bet365.
✅ NBA bettors that want a leading bet builder.
✅ Users that want access to seamless deposits and withdrawals.
Who should avoid BetVictor
❌ Players that want a quality bet builder across various sports (we recommend Bet365)
❌ Players that enjoy a prop bet on the NHL (we recommend Betway)
How we ranked BetVictor
- Betting Variety
Our score: 8/10
BetVictor offers up a great range of betting options to users, especially for soccer, as well as with the NBA. They offer up bet builders for both of those sports, and the lines for them, along with NFL, NHL and NBA events is impressive.
The one issue with the betting variety available on BetVictor is that there is not much priority given to Canadian sports. If you’re okay with not having as many options for the CFL, for example, then BetVictor could still work for you.
- Betting Experience
Our score: 8/10
In all honest, if you’re using BetVictor we recommend you do so on a mobile device, because the desktop site is pretty outdated, and is largely comparable to LeoVegas in this regard.
Otherwise, the betting site is easy enough to use, especially if you’re a racing fan, as there is a heavy focus on horse racing (especially UK races).
- Mobile Experience
Our score: 9/10
BetVictor have a decent mobile website, but they really shine when it comes to the betting app they have on offer.
The app is available wherever you get your apps, and placing bets, making deposits, and getting your hands on your winnings is seamless.
- Payment Options
Our score: 8/10
BetVictor have a solid range of payment options available for users to credit their betting accounts.
You can make payments through Visa, Mastercard, and a range of ewallets, ensuring that players with a range of payment preferences are well taken care of.
- Support
Our score: 8/10
BetVictor’s support is pretty solid. They offer users a 24/7 live chat, a telephone number and an email address. Each of these channels were offered genuine responses when we tried to contact them.
- Legality
Our score: 10/10
BetVictor is licensed in Ontario, and is also licensed in the UK and Gibraltar.
#4 LeoVegas Canada
LeoVegas is our overall pick for users looking for a sportsbook app in Canada. Having originally starting off as a casino (and still offering the best online casino in Canada), LeoVegas has managed to cultivate one of the best sportsbooks in Canada, with odds competitive with the likes of the 3% margins offered on Bet365.
LeoVegas also offers users daily trending combos, such as the Blue Jays to win, Manchester City to win, and the Lakers to win. It then produces a set of odds at better prices than before. We also really enjoyed the points spread and totals toggle features, that make changing totals amounts a breeze, as you’re able to see odds adjust accordingly. We also love LeoVegas’ customizable bet builders. On a given NBA bet, you can choose the Lakers to win, LeBron to score over 20 points, and for the most points to be scored in the third period.
Issues with LeoVegas involve the fact that users need to download separate apps for sports and casino. We thought this was pretty unnecessary seeing as many other sportsbook apps have their casinos built within those apps. We also weren’t the biggest fans of LeoVegas’ desktop website. While they clearly state they’re a mobile first brand, we feel that offering a decent desktop site is similar to a show of good faith in business. We also weren't wild about the lack of horse racing betting on their site.

Who should opt for LeoVegas
✅ Players interested in betting on an app
✅ Players that appreciate a quick daily combo bet
✅ Players that enjoy features such as bet builders and spreads toggles
Who should avoid LeoVegas
❌ Players looking for one app for sports and casino (we recommend 888Sport)
❌ Players wanting to bet on a desktop (we recommend Bet365)
How we ranked LeoVegas
- Betting Variety
Our Score: 9/10
For a betting site that started off as an online casino, LeoVegas has an impressive range of sports and options available for Canadian players.
The options available for football are especially impressive. You can bet on game combos, such as "Green Bay to win & over 41 for example", and you can use same game parlays, bet on props, and much more.
For NBA, NHL, Soccer and MLB, the same can be said, with options for days. The odds are decent in value, but not quite as good as Bet365’s.
- Betting Experience
Our Score: 8/10
The betting experience on LeoVegas is best when betting on mobile, or through the app. The desktop site leaves much to be desired, but LeoVegas is our mobile pick for a reason – more of that to come later.
All in all, betting on LeoVegas is pretty straightforward. It doesn’t feel like the homepage is overrun with options. For soccer, you can see three-way money lines, and for American sports you can see two-way money lines, totals, and points spreads.
All in all, LeoVegas provides an acceptable betting experience on their website, and a brilliant betting experience on their app.
- Mobile Experience
Our Score: 10/10
LeoVegas is our mobile pick for a reason. It’s a mobile first operator, with a slick mobile website, and an award-winning betting app.
Navigating through the app is really easy, placing bets is a breeze, and all the features that you can access on the desktop site and mobile site are also available on the app.
Downloading LeoVegas's app is easy, It’s available for download where you get all of your apps.
What more would a mobile bettor want?
- Payment Options
Our Score: 8/10
LeoVegas offer a wide range of payment options including Interac, Visa, Mastercard, iDebit, and more.
Depositing with them is also a process that is very simple, which means that for us, they get a high score in this department.
- Support
LeoVegas is another betting site to offer what we like to call the full suite of customer support channels. You can reach them on live chat, a toll-free number, and through an email address, and when we tested each of these methods, we got responses that felt legit.
- Legality
Our score: 10/10
LeoVegas has received the license in Ontario, and is also licensed in a range of other territories, making them absolutely legit, and safe to use.
#5 NEO.bet
NEO.bet is one of the most recent sportsbooks to enter the Ontario market, while still accepting players from the rest of Canada’s provinces. Their simple-to-use platform, is arguably best highlighted by their personal bet configurator. NEO.bet takes the further to the next level with their “or” feature in their bet builder, which allows you to place one or another market, and if one of them wins, you get your bet. For example, you can bet on Man City to win, or for the game to end with +1.5 goals, and that way, if either of these outcomes happens you will be covered.
Neo.bet also offer up form statistics on their homepage that can be found right next to the odds of certain match ups. This can be exceptionally handy, as perhaps you notice that the Maple Leafs’ record over the past 5 games is far better than that of say Tampa Bay. Which can help decide which kind of bet you want to place on the event. Other positive aspects associated with NEO.bet include the fact that users can deposit and withdraw with Interac, and the stellar betting app it provides.
Things are less than impressive with NEO.bet include the fact that some instructional material, such as with their personal bet configurator are in German. While NEO.bet is a German brand, we hope to see this changed to some good old Canadian English before long. NEO.bet more modern interface can also feel somewhat confusing.
Who should opt for NEO.bet
✅ Players interested in using a unique bet builder
✅ Players that appreciate stats at their fingertips
✅ Players looking for a solid betting app
Who should avoid NEO.bet
❌ Players that need help with instructional info (We recommend Betway)
❌ Players wanting to bet on a desktop (We recommend BetVictor)
How we ranked NEO.bet
- Betting Variety
We were impressed by NEO.bet’s betting variety, listing over 200 bets on average for English Premier League games, as well as hundreds of bets for the NBA and NHL. We also enjoyed some of their betting features, and we really liked their form guides, which showed users the form each team has been in over the last 5 games.
- Mobile Experience
NEO.bet have a solid betting app, that is available for users throughout all of Canada. The app is easy to use, and is downloadable from both the app store, and the Google Play Store. If apps aren’t your thing, and you still want to bet on your mobile device; their mobile website is well optimized to both Android and iPhone users.
- Payment Options
NEO.bet’s payment methods are somewhat limited compared to other bookmakers in Canada. Users are able to use Interac, but then, aside from Visa and Mastercard payments, users are only able to use PaySafe Card.
We think NEO.bet could start offering the likes of MuchBetter, and ecoPayz along with the limited payment options they’re offering right now.
- Betting Experience
NEO.bet’s betting interface may resonate with newer users, but we felt that at times that the interface was a bit too complicated, and a little off the wall compared to the other books users have access to.
The odds are displayed in a bit of a weird way, which can lead to mistaken bets, which nobody wants.
- Support
We were pretty disappointed with the support options that were available on NEO.bet. All the information we could find was in German, which, unless you speak that language, would be pretty unhelpful. They do also offer up a live chat, but the fact that you can’t access questions and answers in English was a bit of a red flag for us.
- Legality
NEO.bet carries the license from AGCO (Ontario), and also carries licenses in Malta, and Germany.

#6 Stake Canada
Stake Canada provides a highly comprehensive betting environment, especially if you’re interested in exploring a crypto-focused platform with a great VIP program and frequent betting promotions that reward consistent play.
While it offers a wide range of sports, it truly excels with events like UFC, where it frequently delivers highly competitive odds and a broad array of wagering options. This makes it a great fit for bettors who appreciate depth, variety, and a sleek interface that’s optimized for a seamless user experience.
That said, there are a few areas where Stake could improve. The absence of a dedicated mobile app, for instance, might turn off bettors who prefer on-the-go convenience. Additionally, the navigation could be refined for an even smoother experience, helping bettors quickly find the markets they want. Still, for those who value a crypto-friendly betting platform with standout odds and unique promotional offers, Stake Canada should be high on their list.
Who should opt for Stake
✅ Players that enjoying betting on a large variety of sports
✅ Players that would like to bet using crypto
✅ Players that enjoy live streaming ice hockey, tennis, soccer and more
Who should avoid Stake
❌ Players looking for tons of NFL betting options (we recommend Bet365)
❌ Players looking for a great betting app (we recommend LeoVegas)
#7 Tonybet Canada
Tonybet is a solid choice, especially if your a fan of soccer betting, as this is when the betting site really stands out. Boasting some of the biggest selection of lines and very competitive odds, the betting site is a little more tailored to experienced bettors who are looking to really dive into the numbers and find interesting bets that can help create profit potential.
But one of the key areas that Tonybet has developed is the forecast and tips developed. These betting forecasts can help shed a ton of light onto which bets you may want to make, so even novice players can make an informed wagers. Each bet also showcases impressively in-depth statistics for the more data driver bettors.
Our single biggest frustration with Tonybet is the lack of same game parlay options, which have become increasingly popular with Canadian who want to have a little me flexibility and creativity with their wagering choices. Additionally, simplifying the navigation would be helpful for players who may not be as comfortable with online sports betting.
Who should opt for Tonybet
✅ Players that enjoying betting on soccer
✅ Players that like forecasts and tips
✅ Players that like stats on each bet
Who should avoid Tonybet
❌ Players looking for same game parlays (we recommend Bet365)
❌ Players looking for a simpler betting app (we recommend LeoVegas)
How we ranked Tonybet
- Betting Variety
Our Score: 8/10
Tonybet has one of the more robust offerings for soccer betting variety, showcasing deep markets, diverse lines, and competitive odds. This is very well suited to experienced players who want to reasearch their picks and find the perfect bet.
While there are plenty of other sports to bet on with Tonybet, there is a clear emphasis on soccer, so we had to dock a couple points here. But if you're happy to take a bit of a hit on some other sports in place of a seep soccer betting variety, this is a strong choice.
- Betting Experience
Our Score: 7/10
Tonybet really suited our needs when looking at it from the eyes of a more experienced bettor. But there are some issues with the over user experience that can make it a little furstrating if you're not familiar with how betting apps work (and even if you are somewhat).
There are some useful options for changing settings to make the betting site a little more personalised, but but they are not made all that obvious to find and the actual navigation could be streamlined much better.
But when you get into the betting forecasts, tips, and even wager statistics Tonybet offers a solid experience.
- Mobile Experience
Our Score: 7/10
The Tonybet mobile app is actually pretty good, and alleviates some of the frustrating navigational options that the website is plagued with.
By adding in filters, and popular markets that are easy to apply on mobile, Tonybet can start to really compete with the bog boys in Canada.
Again, the main downside is seeing so many betting lines and not being able to combine them with same game parlays even though there is a strong multi game parlay feature available. While not a bad choice, if your looking for more then there are a couple better options right now, but this is an app on the rise.
- Payment Options
Our Score: 7/10
Tony bet has added a few more options into their payment methods, putting them in good company right now. They offer Interac, Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, and a few more for your convenience.
The process required to make a deposit is also really simple, and withdrawals reflect quickly. Withdrawals can be completed with all the deposit methods mentioned above.
- Support
Our Score: 7/10
Tonybet hits all the marks for ways to contact support, including email, 24/7 live chat, and a dedicated support telephone.
The only issue is that support tends to take a long time to respond, which can be frustrating if you want to get an issue resolved for a wager that is time sensitive.
- Legality
Our score: 10/10
Tonybet has secured a license from Ontario, and has been operating legally there for a while. The sportsbook also carries licenses from the UK and Malta.
#8 Sports Interaction Canada
Sports Interaction’s homegrown sportsbook serves as a perfect answer to users out there looking for a book with a more Canadian touch. This is the edge Sports Interaction has over the likes of Betway and Bet365. The first highlight we were fans of included the randomized bets given of odds of +5000. On the site, these are known as Piñata picks, and they’re given these crazy odds because they’re unlikely to happen. Such as the goalie to score in hockey for example.
Sports Interaction also suits users that aren’t sure whether they are keen on depositing money and betting for real. They have two free to play games, one called “NHL bracket”, and another called “Pickem”. When we checked, the NHL bracket game had closed, but “pickem” allows you tom make picks and win thousands of dollars in prizes. This can be a nice way to ease into betting on sports for real.
Other highlights about Sports Interaction we enjoyed included the fact that you could seamlessly deposit and withdraw with Interac. We also liked all the other Canadian focussed payment methods that users could make use of. We also appreciated the fact that Sports Interaction have people working around the clock in order to ensure that any issues or questions you may have. 24/7 customer support is a rare commodity in the betting world.
Issues we had with Sports Interaction included the frequently suspended markets across the site. We found it a little annoying that you could select a given game with the hope to bet on it, and then see that the markets were in fact closed. SIA also have odds that don't always stack up to the competition, which would help them really move up as a serious betting site.
Who should opt for SIA
✅ Players uncertain of betting with real money (free to play games).
✅ Players looking for 24/7 support.
✅ Players looking to seamlessly deposit and withdraw through Interac.
Who should avoid Sports Interaction
❌ Players looking for competitive odds (we recommend LeoVegas).
❌ Players looking for niche markets (we recommend Bet365).
How we ranked Sports Interaction
- Betting Variety
Our score: 8/10
Sports Interaction offers a solid range of betting options across their sportsbook. Everything from a wide range of sports, to a strong number of lines for football and hockey.
We were also surprised to see the range of lines available for soccer bets, which we were very impressed by.
They also have some really cool options like their “piñata” picks section along with a dedicated race book that is only rivalled by Bet365 and BetVictor.
- Mobile Experience
Our score: 7/10
Sports Interaction’s mobile website is good. Similar to the desktop site it feels clean, and feels well designed for users who like to bet on a smartphone.
Also, SIA has now released a dedicated mobile app, which just improved on each aspect of the mobile site and allow for smoother betting.
- Payment Options
Our score: 10/10
Sports Interaction offer plenty of payment options that Canadians are used to seeing. Interac is of course their flagship payment method, but you can also use Visa, Mastercard and instant payments through Citadel.
The process of making deposits is easy, which is rounds up a perfect score for Sports Interaction in this department.
- Betting Experience
Our score: 8/10
Sports Interaction offers up a very nice betting experience. The site looks and feels clean, and it doesn’t feel overcrowded by options, much like some other betting sites on this list (cough, Casumo).
Placing bets is, again, really easy, and since it’s Canadian owned and operated, you’ll more than likely find a bet that looks interesting directly from the homepage.
- Support
Our score: 9/10
Sports Interaction offers up one of the best customer support services in Canada’s gambling market, offering 24/7 live chat availability, along with other channels that are responsive.
If you’re looking for a book that offers up great support, Sports Interaction would be a great bet.
- Legality
Our score: 10/10
Sports Interaction is licensed in Ontario, and also carries the Kahnawake Gaming Commission license as well, making them 100% legit and legal in Canada.
#9 Bwin Canada
Bwin’s brand was made famous by the times that they sponsored the likes of Real Madrid and AC Milan. They have a sportsbook that is worth noting, but they appear at number 8 on our lists for a reason. We’ll start with the pros. Bwin offers a decent range of live-streaming options for more niched sports, but the issue we had was that they don’t offer streaming for bigger sports and leagues such as the NBA and NFL. We also liked the wide range of customizable bet builders, which enable you to blend selections such as Joel Embiid and James Harden to both get a double-double and for the Sixers to cover a 10.5 point spread in their next game. We were also big fans of what Bwin had to offer for UFC betting.
Another thing we liked about Bwin was the fact that they’re an operator that has invested a lot of time and resources to acquire all the licenses that exist in Canada. Bwin managed to acquire the Kahnawake Gaming Commission license, which was historically the only betting license a sportsbook could acquire, until the AGCO came along. Bwin also acquired the AGCO license, which means that you can officially use the sportsbook in whichever Canadian province, and you’ll know that you’re using a sportsbook that is licensed. Finally, Bwin also offer users a handy multi generator feature, that can be found under the Parlay builder section.
Issues we had with Bwin included their lack of an esports offering, which we found odd, as well as their lack of a betting app, which we felt that could be addressed. If these two aspects are glaring issues for you, then we’d recommend LeoVegas, as they have one of the best betting apps, and a great esports betting offering.
Who should opt for Bwin
✅ Players that like to stream obscure sports
✅ Players that want a customizable bet builder
✅ Players that prioritize a bookmaker’s licence
Who should avoid Bwin
❌ Esports bettors (We recommend Betway)
❌ Bettors that want to use a betting app (We recommend LeoVegas)
How we ranked Bwin
- Betting Variety
Our score: 9/10
Bwin is one of the betting sites that has been around for a long time, and their time in the game has proven that they understand that sports bettors appreciate options.
This book has plenty to choose from, whether it be lots of niched sports, or a wide range of lines to bet on. Players who like sportsbooks that go above and beyond in terms of available options will be happy with Bwin.
- Mobile Experience
Our score: 7/10
We liked the mobile experience available on Bwin, but they don’t score particularly well in this category because they don’t have a functioning betting app for users with this preference.
The mobile website does feel app-like when you’re betting with it, but the absence of an app puts a smudge on this book’s name in Canada.
- Payment Options
Our score: 7/10
Bwin offer plenty of payment options to choose from. Players can top up their accounts with Interac and card payments, and can also make use of ewallets too.
The processing of depositing is easy enough, and making payments with Bwin can be done safely.
- Betting Experience
Our score: 8/10
Bwin offers a decent betting experience both on their desktop website and on their mobile website.
We preferred the mobile website, because on desktop, while it wasn’t as bad as Casumo, it did feel like there was a little too much going on.
Aside from a jam packed homepage, placing bets is seamless, and the processes of signing up to withdrawing are easy.
- Support
Our score: 5/10
Bwin’s overall score is possibly most affected by their poor customer service offer, which is not only hard to find, but doesn’t really cater to users with specialized queries.
We could only find an FAQ, no live chat, no phone number made available, and no email that we could find. If there was something that Bwin could improve immediately, it would be their customer support.
- Legality
Our score: 10/10
Bwin is licensed in Ontario, and is also licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, and carries licenses from numerous other international gambling regulatory bodies.
#10 888Sport Canada
888Sport’s sophisticated platform is a pleasure to use, and is packed full of features and extras to keep new, and experienced players coming back for more. Their stand-out feature has to be their handy bet tracking feature, which is aptly named “Bet Feed”, and through it, you can see the trending bets that users have placed on 888Sport on a given day. Last time we checked, we saw someone that had bet on the Yankees, Bayern Munich, Houston Astros, LA dodgers, LA Angels, and the Toronto Blue Jays all to win, at 39.98 odds.
We also really liked the customized “Made for You” bets that 888Sport give their users. It’s clear 888sport know us pretty well, as they gave us pre-made money line bets for Bruins and Penguins, along with Manchester City and the Blue Jays. This option is a great way to bet in a rush, as all is required is the click of a button, and setting your stake.
888Sport also offers a wide range of specials across a variety of sports. For example, you can bet on the NJ Devils, PHI Flyers, CAR Hurricanes, and TB Lightning all to win, or if hockey isn’t your thing, you can make a similar bet on soccer, or the NBA. 888 also have a great totals and spreads toggle feature, as well as customizable bet builder allowing to build with multiple selections with a lot of different options.
Issues include 888sport's app that tends to crash, that many users on the app store have complained about, as well as odds that simply aren’t up to scratch compared to what’s offered on LeoVegas & Bet365.
Who should opt for 888Sport
✅ Players that enjoying seeing others’ bets
✅ Players that enjoy a bet builder
✅ Players that like regular specials
Who should avoid 888Sport
❌ Players looking for a functioning betting app (we recommend LeoVegas)
❌ Players looking for the best odds (we recommend Bet365)
How we ranked 888Sport
- Betting Variety
Our Score: 9/10
888Sport offers players plenty of options across the many sports on listed on their platform. Their platform is especially impressive for football and hockey, listing plenty of player prop bets, points spread toggles, and more.
The offering of options isn’t quite what we expected for basketball and baseball, but 888sport makes up for it in terms of what it offers for soccer. Bet builders, handicaps and Asian handicaps are some of what 888Sport have to offer for soccer bets.
888Sport’s range of betting options rivals what can be found on Bet365, which is pretty impressive.
- Betting Experience
Our Score: 8/10
888Sport’s betting site is one of the most engaging from an aesthetic perspective. You have the option to change from light and dark, and the navigation, and process to place bets is seamless.
Another thing we liked about 888sport Canada is the fact that it is truly tailored to Canadian users. Some betting sites (cough, BetVictor) feel a little like they haven’t personalized their sites to the people that will be betting on them.
888Sport use terms (like futures instead of outrights, and soccer instead of football) for things that may have different names in other territories.
- Mobile Experience
Our Score: 8/10
888Sport offers an all round decent betting app, but it has also been known to have its issues.
We asked our users to give us two things they liked, and two things they disliked about 888sport’s app.
They mentioned that they liked the overall interface, and the simplicity surrounding getting 888sport's app and placing bets, but they didn’t like that the app could log you out, and crash unexpectedly.
The team at 888sport is pretty good with responding to these issues, and they are always on the lookout for making tweaks and improvements, which can lead to more issues than good. We feel that over time, the app will become established as one of the best in Canada.
- Payment Options
Our Score: 8/10
888Sport is one of the leaders when it comes to offering up payment options in Canada. They offer Interac, Visa, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, and many more for your convenience.
The process required to make a deposit is also really simple, and withdrawals reflect quickly. Withdrawals can be completed with all the deposit methods mentioned above.
- Support
Our Score: 8/10
888Sport enable their users to contact them through a 24/7 live chat, along with an email address, and a toll-free number. This is a pretty solid range of customer service options, and there are responses seem to be legit. They helped us with any queries we had.
- Legality
Our score: 10/10
888Sport was one of the first betting sites to receive the Ontario license. The sportsbook also carries licenses from the UK and Malta.
#11 Powerplay Canada
Powerplay is another option available to everyone in Canada, and appeals to the users out there that like a simple, no frills sportsbook. While Powerplay hasn’t invested much time and energy into providing top of the line features, some may think this is a perk, as the site is much easier to navigate and to use.
The first thing we really enjoyed about Powerplay’s sportsbook was the fact that users can choose from a number of different novelty bets, more than on other sportsbooks available in Canada. Two highlights for us were the bets on the next general election in the UK, along with the bets offered on the upcoming US presidential election. Under the specials section, the novelty bets continue, with users getting the option to bet on the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest.
Another thing we really enjoyed about Powerplay’s sportsbook were the range of virtual bets. You can bet on everything from virtual soccer, to virtual horse racing, dog racing, table tennis, and even virtual motor sports. The upside to these is that races, or events are going every few minutes, which means they can be perfect for the bettors out there that are a little impatient. We also enjoyed the MMA bets that users could bet on, and the fact that Powerplay offer specials for these bets. Lastly, Powerplay makes deposits and withdrawals super easy with the likes of Interac, CryptoPay, MuchBetter, along with EcoPayz.
Aspects about Powerplay that we weren’t wild about included the lacking sports markets overall. On Bet365 for example, you can access up to 3 times as many bets for soccer games for example. Lastly, we thought that Powerplay should begin offering a bet builder, as the site really felt it sorely lacked this feature.
Who should opt for Powerplay
✅ Users that like a novelty bet
✅ Users that want to bet on virtuals
✅ Users that like a bet on MMA
Who should avoid Powerplay
❌ Players that like to build their bets (We recommend Bet365)
❌ Players that are looking for a wide range of options (We recommend Betway)
How we ranked Powerplay
- Betting variety
One area with Powerplay sportsbook that we felt could have been improved was with the variety of bets they have on offer. When we checked their soccer catalogue for example, we noticed the likes of Betway and Bet365 has far more to offer.
- Mobile experience
Powerplay’s mobile website is decent, and responsive enough, however, the fact that they don’t make a mobile betting app available is a bit disappointing. That being said, this may not be as big a deal if there are users out there that couldn’t care less about using a betting app.
- Payment Options
We were impressed with Powerplay’s range of payment options. Users can choose from as many as ten different payment options, ranging from Interac, all the way to CryptoPay and Diners’s Club International, which puts them in a league of their own when it comes to unique payment methods.
- Betting Experience
What we like about Powerplay’s betting experience is that it’s super straightforward. It isn’t steeped in complicated processes and steps, and there aren’t too many features to get hung up on. The site is laid out in a good way, and overall, we think betting on Powerplay was a pleasure.
- Powerplay’s Support
Powerplay’s customer service could be improved, as we found it quite hard to find any email or telephone support on the site. Users can access a long list of FAQs, and there is a live chat available. We tried out Powerplay’s live chat, and while the representative took a few minutes to respond, it was clear that the answers were not auto generated, but were rather being answered by a real human being.
- Powerplay’s Legality
Powerplay is licensed by the AGCO in Ontario, and is also licensed in Curacao.
#12 Comeon! Canada
Comeon! is a Swedish sportsbook that has operated in Canada for many years. After the launch of the legal online gambling framework in Ontario, Comeon! managed to a acquire the Ontario license, but did not manage to acquire a license to operate their sportsbook. As a result, if you’re residing in Ontario, you can only use Comeon!’s online casino. If however you’re living outside of Ontario, you will be able to access Comeon!’s full set of betting and casino options.
If you’re living in Ontario, you expect a full catalogue of casino games, including everything from Crazy Time and Book of the Dead to Wheel of Fortune. You can access some of the most generous jackpot games as well. If you’re living outside of Ontario, you can access a fantastic level of personalization, with their unique create your bet feature, which is essentially a highly customizable bet builder. You have the option to build extensive bets, especially on English Premier League games. When Manchester City face Arsenal for example, you can build a bet including money lines, correct score bets, first team to score, home team to score, and whether Erling Haaland or Bukayo Saka will score goals. This extensive bet builder rivals the likes of what Bet365 has to offer.
Issues with Comeon! Include the fact that it doesn’t have the best odds available for live betting. Users are better off using betting sites like Bet365 or Betway if they want to bet on live events. The other thing we felt that was an issue with Comeon!’s offer was the fact that it doesn’t offer users the option to bet on sports in Ontario. We’ve used Comeon!’s sportsbook, and we know that it would provide something unique in Ontario.
Casino only in Ontario | Sportsbook and Casino in Rest of Canada
How we ranked Comeon!
- Betting Variety
Our score: 9/10
Comeon has a great range of betting options available, along with some really nifty features.
The Swedish owned betting site has been in the game for a long time, and the sports they offer the best in Canada include soccer and hockey. For these, players have plenty of lines to choose from and bet on.
The create your bet feature, along with the super odds feature, are what make Comeon stand out.
- Betting Experience
Our score: 8/10
Aside from a betting site that looks a little dull, the betting experience on Comeon is pretty good. The site does have a somewhat modern feel, but the colour scheme isn’t particularly engaging.
Placing bets is pretty easy, and processes from signing up to withdrawing can be done without fuss.
- Mobile Experience
Our score: 7/10
Comeon’s mobile offering isn’t bad by any means, but it doesn’t have us jumping up and down either. They have a betting app that functions pretty well, but has been known to crash from time to time.
Their mobile website is pretty good too, and functions much like the desktop website does.
- Payment Options
Our score: 7/10
Comeon has a wide range of payment methods available, from Interac, Visa and Mastercard to iDebit, Instadebit and ecoPayz.
Making deposits is also straightforward and seamless, rounding out a good set of payment options and payment experience.
- Support
Our score: 9/10
Comeon offer a decent range of support options for users that run into issues. In Canada, they offer up a live chat channel, that functions well, and feels like it’s legitimately run by a person, along with a phone number and an email address.
- Legality
Our score: 10/10
Comeon has received the Ontario license, and is not illegal to use in the rest of Canada as well.
#14 Casumo Canada
Casumo is the final betting and casino brand that makes up our list of the best sportsbook and casinos available in Canada. Much like Comeon!, Casumo also entered the Ontario market fairly early, but decided not to pursue an operational license for their sportsbook. This made a little more sense to us, because Casumo is a casino first operator, with a lacklustre sportsbook that isn’t designed particularly well. That being said, if you’re a user (residing outside of Ontario), and want an operator that is great at providing casino games, and the odd sports bet, then Casumo could well be the option for you.
Things we liked about Casumo included the fact that they have 1600 casino games to choose from, which, at the end of the day, is a staggering amount. You’re able to play every single one of these games wherever you’re living in Canada. Another thing we liked about Casumo’s platform was the fact that they’re so committed to being on the cutting edge of offering the newest casino games to their users. If it’s a new game, you can bet that Casumo will be offering it on their platform.
The final thing we enjoyed about Casumo’s platform was the fact that users can withdraw and deposit with ease with Interac, as well as a number of other handy options.
When it comes to things about Casumo that we weren’t big fans about, we would have to highlight the fact that they don’t offer up any sportsbook in Ontario. While it’s less of a surprise than Comeon not offering a sportsbook, we couldn’t help but feel disappointed with the decision of Casumo to not offer this feature to Ontario users. Lastly, we also felt that Casumo could begin offering telephone support, as sometimes, it’s best to talk to a real person to resolve your casino related issues.

How we ranked Casumo
- Betting Variety
Our score: 7/10
Surprisingly enough, Casumo has a solid betting variety for a platform that is known to be casino-focussed. Their sportsbook offers North American sports well, and also caters to players who like to have a wager on a more niched event.
While the range of sports and lines is impressive, there is a lack of betting features, which we expect to be incorporated into their platform over time.
All in all, Casumo’s betting variety doesn’t quite rival Bet365’s, but it is impressive enough for us.
- Betting Experience
Our score: 6/10
The betting experience offered up by Casumo could improve on desktop, but is decent on mobile, and on their app.
The desktop platform feels messy at best, and feel like it best serves casino players. Sports bettors may find the site hard to navigate through, especially once they’ve clicked on the “view our odds” button from the homepage.
There are too many events that have been squeezed into one page on the homepage, which really makes for a bit of an unpleasant experience.
Once you’ve found the sportsbook side of their platform, placing bets is fairly simple – all that is required is finding your bet and clicking on a few buttons.
- Mobile Experience
Our score: 9/10
As we mentioned in the section before, betting on Casumo feels best when doing so on mobile.
Whether it’s through their impressive betting app, or on their decent mobile website, Casumo is good on mobile.
- Payment Options
Our score: 8/10
Being an online casino above all else, Casumo offers plenty of payment options to users in Canada. Canadians can choose from Interac, iDebit, MuchBetter, bank deposits, and more.
Depositing is easy, and Casumo offer up some detailed steps on how to complete the process after clicking a big deposit button, which is visible once you’ve signed up.
- Support
Our score: 5/10
Casumo’s customer service offering could be better, as all they offer is an email address and an automated live chat.
They suggest using the live chat for simple queries, and their email for more complicated queries, which we would advise too. It would be nice to know that their live chat was manned by a real person, and a phone number wouldn’t hurt.
- Legality
Our score: 5/10
Casumo is the only betting site from this list that has not received the Ontario license, but the operator is expected to get the license soon.
Casumo is however licensed by the gaming commission of Gibraltar, and is 100% safe to use.
#15 Pinnacle Canada
Pinnacle’s sportsbook is our top pick for more experienced winners and high rollers. Then why are they only appearing at number 9 on our lists you may ask? While simply because the vast majority of users looking for a new sportsbook are not seasoned winners, and Pinnacle isn’t always the best fit for a first time, or newer, user.
That's aside, Pinnacle enables you to bet on some of the highest odds in Canada with exceptionally big stakes, make it perfect for the high rolling seasoned sports bettors out there. Another aspect that that might appeal to some of the more experienced winners out there is the fact that Pinnacle does not restrict winning accounts, which cannot be said for the likes of Betway and Bet365. If you’re a seasoned winner, the writing’s on the wall; everything about Pinnacle is geared towards you.
Other aspects that are worth noting are the payment methods, of which there are plenty. Pinnacle make payments easy, by offering Interac, card payments, as well as MuchBetter, and ecoPayz. The final aspect of Pinnacle worth noting is the fact that they have dedicated hubs for esports and virtuals. Betway’s the only other brand that has a dedicated hub for esports.
Issues with Pinnacle are somewhat directly linked to the pros we listed, such that it can feel a little overwhelming for newer users. There are a lot of options and plenty of information visible from the front page, which can feel like a bit much to take in all at once. If you’re newer to betting, we’d recommend Betway. The other issue we had with Pinnacle’s sportsbook was the fact that they don’t over a betting app. They have a pretty unique game tracking app, but not one that processes bets.
Who should opt for Pinnacle
✅ Seasoned sports betting winners.
✅ High rollers wanting the best odds.
✅ Users looking for completely seamless payment processes.
Who should avoid Pinnacle
❌ New players that are looking for a simple sportsbook. (We recommend Betway)
❌ Players that want to do their betting on an app. (We recommend LeoVegas)
How we ranked Pinnacle
- Betting Variety
Our ranking: 8/10
Pinnacle offer up a decent range of betting lines, but their range doesn’t quite compare with what can be found on Bet365.
For soccer, they cover the important markets well, but offer less than we expected for a sportsbook that has a reputation for targeting pro bettors.
Overall, however, very few would be disappointed with the range of lines that are on offer with Pinnacle.
- Betting Experience
Our ranking: 9/10
Betting with Pinnacle is seamless. The process for signing up and placing bets is easy, with buttons displaying odds being clear, and easy to see.
The load speeds are also good, which is always a good indication of a site that is a pleasure to bet with.
The only issue we had with Pinnacle was with the fact that the layout may confuse players that are brand new to betting (hence the 9/10 and not 10/10), but that aside, betting with Pinnacle feels good.
- Mobile Experience
Our ranking: 8/10
Pinnacle’s mobile experience is decent considering the operator does not offer a sports betting app.
Their mobile website functions much like the desktop website, which means if you’re connected to a stable internet connection, everything about it will be smooth and fast.
If Pinnacle were to begin offering a sports betting app, our score for this factor would increase.
- Payment Methods
Our ranking: 10/10
Pinnacle offers up a staggering range of payment options for Canadian users, which is why they get a perfect score. From cryptocurrency to bank cards, you are bound to be satisfied with what Pinnacle have to offer in regard to payments.
- Support
Our ranking: 8/10
Pinnacle offer up some decent support options, including email, and live chat support. Their score for this category would go up if they were to begin offering phone support.
- Legality
Our ranking: 10/10
Pinnacle carries the Ontario license, and is also licensed in Malta and Curaçao, making the sportsbook legal to bet with across Canada.
#16 Bet99 Canada
Bet99 is another homegrown sportsbook that was made popular by their advertising at hockey games before Ontario became a licensed market. The first thing we enjoyed about Bet99’s sportsbook was the fact that they have the best player props section on sportsbooks in Canada. The player prop section is included in the main menu of the homepage, and when you click on the button, you get see all the options you can start select for players that will be involved in a round of games.
From the player props section, you get to see markets ranging from Game markets and over/unders, to player doubles and rebounds. You can bet on LeBron James to score the first point(s) for example, or you can go as far as selecting build mode, where you can build different selections up of what you think LeBron will do in the game. As you can see, this was a big highlight for us.
Other things we really enjoyed included the fact that you get some very competitive odds when you’re betting with Bet99, especially among the bigger more North American focussed sports. For example, odds for the NBA, NFL and NHL were on par with the likes of Bet365 and LeoVegas. The final thing we really enjoyed were the odds boosts that Bet99 make available across selected sports on the platform.
Things about Bet99 that we would like to see improve involve one of the things we selected to highlight about them. The build mode feature for example was a big highlight, but we were disappointed to see that it was not available for more sports. You could essentially only use it for basketball, hockey, soccer, and occasionally football.
Who should opt for Bet99
✅ Players that love players props.
✅ Players that want a solid dedicated bet builder.
✅ Players wanting competitive odds on North American sports.
Who should avoid Bet99
❌ Players looking to use a dedicated casino (we recommend LeoVegas).
❌ Players looking for a bet builder for more niched or obscure sports (we recommend Bet365).
How we ranked Bet99
- Betting Variety
Our score: 8/10
The range of betting lines available on Bet99 is impressive. Players have a wealth of options for football betting, and can choose from game lines, props, totals, combos, and much more.
For hockey, the range of lines wasn’t as impressive, but bettors do have the option to bet on main lines, combos, and periods as well.
For basketball, Bet99 offer a bet builder (same game parlay), along with combos, quarters bets, and more.
We could go on and on, but the point is, Bet99 has an impressive range of betting options, with odds that are pretty decent too.
- Betting Experience
Our score: 8/10
Bet99’s betting experience is largely okay, but it’s dependent on what kind of device you’re using when betting with them.
Their site isn’t the most responsive, so if you have an excessively big or small computer screen, some displays may be affected.
Otherwise, the processes of placing bets, making deposits, and withdrawing winnings is pretty seamless.
- Mobile Experience
Our score: 8/10
Bet99 has moved on from just offering a mobile version of their website to a fully native iOS and Android app - which is a big improvement for the speed and security of the sportsbook. This is now a really solid mobile experience, and the app is easy to use and navigate.
- Payment Options
Our score: 9/10
Bet99’s range of payment options is geared to keeping Canadians happy. The site accepts payments through Interac, Visa, Mastercard, iDebit, Flexepin and EcoPayz.
The process of depositing is also seamless and easy to follow.
- Support
Our score: 7/10
Bet99 offer up a dedicated virtual support assistant, that can answer more generic questions concerning their platform. You lodge queries by clicking buttons, and the virtual assistant will respond with the given information.
- Legality
Our score: 7/10
Bet99’s Ontario license is fully approved, and Bet99 also have a license from the Kahnawake gaming commission, making them legit in the rest of Canada.

The betting sites that have been listed below are those that are worth a try, but haven’t made the top lists for a handful of reasons. Chief among these reasons have been with regard to the options on offer, user experience available to users, and the value of the odds and variety of the lines. We have explained our experience further in the reviews below.

How we analyzed the online betting sites on our list
You might be thinking, “well, why should I trust these guys?” And that’s a valid question. We’re not going to stand around and tell you to trust, but what we will do is try to earn your trust, by showing you how we’ve taken 12 betting sites in Canada, and given them the rankings that we have.
Below, you can read more about each member of the team, and what it is that they do to put them into a position of having this so-called expert opinion of theirs.
How Alex analyzes betting sites
Alex’s Process
- Signing up
When signing up, I really appreciate a betting site that makes it as simple as possible.
I hate having to move through numerous sign up sheets and squint my eyes to ensure all of my details are entered correctly. I also dislike small disclaimers that requite checking boxes that are barely visible.
If I can sign up by providing my email and a few basic details, I’m happy.
- Deposit methods & process
Once I’ve got an account up and running, I like to make a deposit, because this is what most users do after they’ve signed up. I take a look at the available deposit methods, and come to a conclusion about what is offered. Usually, if a book accepts Interac, I’m happy, but more options are also good.
Then, once I’ve looked at all the deposit methods, I make a deposit, and document the process. I appreciate a process that is seamless, like it is to pay for a piece of clothing online, for example.
- Ease of finding & placing bets
Once I’ve got money in my betting account, the next step for me is to go ahead and place a bet. I personally appreciate betting sites with a simple layout, that aren’t overrun with different options as I enter a specific sports page.
I then see how well certain buttons are labelled, and if it’s easy to understand what will happen if I click a specific button. Then I click on the odds, enter my stake, and confirm the bet, to check if the bet will be reflected on the site.
How Ben analyzes betting sites
Ben's Process
- Value of odds
As mentioned above, I assess the value of the odds. While at this point in my career, I’m able to assess the value of odds at first glance, in order to ensure absolute objectivity, I make use of Pinnacle’s margin calculator. This tool tells me the margins of the odds on offer.
The margins indicate the value, as it draws the amount that betting sites claim from your winnings for the service they have provided. Lower margins mean that a betting site is more generous, and no one’s margins are lower than Bet365’s.
- Number of lines on offer
While I wish there was a fancy tool for the number of lines that are on offer for each betting site, there isn’t. I have to sit there and count all the lines for the sports that Canadians bet on the most.
What I do really like seeing is when a betting site provides the number of lines available when you get to the specific game you want to bet on. For example, Be365 will include a box that say “+455 markets”, which makes my life way easier.
While Betway might be Alex’s favourite book, they don’t have any such thing.
- Features for specific lines
While Oliver takes a look at the features themselves, I take a look at the features that are specific to certain betting lines. For example, Olly talks about same game parlays, and maybe the combo generator that can be found on Coolbet.
The features I’ll look at include the likes of 888sport’s points spread toggle feature, that is also available for puck line bets on hockey and run line bets on baseball.
I try them out and talk a bit how they work in our reviews, and comparison pages.

Illegal betting sites
With the unclear nature of sports betting in Canada, there are a number of bookmakers that we as reviewers recommend steering clear of, and in some cases, these bookmakers are prohibited in Ontario. If you clicked on a red link, and have landed here, it means the bookmaker name you clicked on is one of these brands.
In Ontario, a bookmaker must be licensed in order for it to operate legally in the province, but the rest of Canada’s provinces and territories have not created this legal framework.
There are a handful of brands that are accessible throughout Canada, outside of Ontario that we recommend, however, the majority of bookmakers that operate in Canada’s unregulated provinces are not worth using.
