List of The Best Ontario Betting Sites

Out of the 34 sportsbooks to have received a license in Ontario, we consider the following to be the very best, based on the value they offer through their odds and lines the features they provide their customers, and the way they prioritize the sports most popular in Canada.

Best ontario betting sites

#1 Betway Ontario

Pros & Cons

Leading soccer sportsbook

Great bet builders

Market leaders in Esports

Wide range of NBA lines

Odds could be better

Limits are placed on some accounts

The Best Sportsbook for Soccer

Betway claims our top spot for the best sportsbook to enter Ontario. It's incredibly easy to use on desktop and mobile, a great option for both new and seasoned punters, provides a great live-betting experience, and is backed with plenty of helpful features like cash out and live-streaming.

The sportsbook offers over 28 sports to choose from, including a well-designed platform for esports betting. We found that soccer was its strongest offering, providing bettors with plenty of betting markets to choose from and a great bet builder with tons of flexibility. We were also happy with what they offer for major leagues like the NBA, NFL, and NHL, also accompanied with decent market variety and entertaining in-play lines.

This betting site is by no means perfect though, and could improve the value of some odds on offer, as well as with the limits the book places on some winning accounts.

Despite this, Betway's a great, reliable option, perfect for bettors at any point of their sports betting journey.

#2 Bet365 Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ Most popular brand in Canada

✅ Best odds

✅ Best range of betting lines

✅ Best live betting platform

❌ Cash out offers could improve

❌ Restrictions applied to some winning accounts

Great Odds, Plenty of Lines

Bet365 offers one of the best betting platforms in Canada. They routinely rank #1 for best odds in the country and also provide the widest range of betting lines on major sports leagues like the NBA, NHL, and NFL. Bet365 also provides one of the best bet builders in Canada, making it incredibly easy to track player props.

The operator is also among the best options for betting on live events, and offers the best live-streaming package in all of Canada. In-play markets provide a lot of opportunities for those following the game in real time and offers up entertaining markets not available pre-match.

Bet365 does fall short in some areas too, however, especially with their less than generous cash out offers. Bet365 has also been known to limit some accounts, which makes it a less than optimal choice for more experienced players that win a lot of their bets.

Bet365's platform is one of the best out there, both on desktop and mobile.

#3 BetVictor Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Great bet builder for soccer & NBA

✅ Good betting app

✅ Top tier horse racing offerings

✅ Emphasis on safety & security

❌ No live-streaming available

❌ Little attention paid to Canadian leagues

Our Pick for Horse Race Betting

BetVictor stands as one of the best horse race betting sites in Canada and a great sportsbook for those looking to wager on multiple sports. Although it doesn't outcompete other sportsbooks in popular leagues, it does provide a great experience and enough market variety for the average bettor. The odds offered on BetVictor are also competitive across multiple sports, including odds on futures.

The site could improve its focus, as when you arrive at the website, it feels a lot like you're on a betting site that is made with British people in mind. Canadian soccer leagues, and the CFL, aren't particularly well offered either.

Aside from these things, it's an all round good bookie, and it appeals particularly to mobile NBA bettors who like bet builders.

#4 LeoVegas Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ One of the best mobile betting sites

✅ Personalized betting experience

✅ Leoboosts (boosted odds)

✅ Dedicated blog for sports and casino

❌ Desktop doesn’t live up to mobile

❌ Heavy casino focus

Award Winning Betting App

LeoVegas stands out as one of the best mobile-first sportsbooks to launch in Ontario. Its betting app is smooth, fast, and highly intuitive, making it an excellent choice for bettors who prefer wagering on the go. Navigation is seamless across features, and extras like favourites, trending combos, and flexible cash out add real convenience to the experience.

When it comes to sports coverage, LeoVegas offers more than 25 sports to choose from. Soccer is a clear highlight, with depth across leagues worldwide and a strong live-betting platform that includes a top-notch bet builder. We were also impressed with their competitive odds, which consistently ranked among the best in our tests for NHL, NFL, NBA, and EPL markets. Football and hockey lines are strong, while tennis also benefits from solid in-play markets.

Two areas that LeoVegas could significantly improve on are with the desktop website that they offer. It isn’t nearly as good as most other betting sites in Ontario, along with the heavy casino focus, which can make the betting site hard to use at times.

#5 Tonybet Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Great range of soccer betting options

✅ In-depth stats for each bet

✅ Dedicated forecasts section

✅ Tips available

❌ Website is hard to navigate

❌ No same game parlays

Our Pick for Betting Tips & Forecasts

Tonybet offers users an impressive range of soccer betting options, including main markets like 1x2, total goals and both teams to score. Users also have the option to choose from player and game props, such a goal bets, overtime, and there are a wide range of combos available.

We also liked all the statistics and analytics Tonybet makes available for their range of bets. Simply clicking on the “analytics” button shows you a piece of analysis, as well as Tonybet's pick for a given game.

When it comes to where Tonybet could improve, we felt that the website could be easier to navigate, and we weren't happy to see a lack of combinable markets for multi-leg wagers. We would suggest opting for Betway for a better user experience, and Bet365 for a better range of same game parlays.

#6 Proline Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Good for new players

✅ 100% of proceeds are reinvested in Ontario

✅ Decent odds for NFL, NHL & NBA

✅ Lots of learning resources for sports betting

❌ Soccer odds are low value

❌ Lacks betting options & features

Our Pick for New Players

Proline OLG provides new players in Ontario a great starting point for sports betting. There are educational resources for each step of the betting process, allowing new players to avoid many of the hurdles present at the start of a sports betting journey.

Proline OLG is by far the safest sportsbook out there as well. In-store locations are available to bet in, which means if you run into issues, you have a physical location to go to. It's government run, which increases the level of safety and, on top of this, all proceeds are reinvested into local schools, hospitals and other organizations, which we really appreciated.

Where it falls short is with the lower value odds, along with the lack of options and features that can be found elsewhere. Seasoned players may be left wanting by Proline, but new players will both enjoy and benefit from using this sportsbook.

#7 ToonieBet Ontario

Pros & Cons

Betting Insights

Live-Betting Available

Great Sports Coverage

Dedicated Mobile App

❌ Limited Live-Streaming

❌ Withdrawal Wait Times

Our Pick For Sports Insights

ToonieBet sets itself apart with its valuable "Insight" tab, offering bettors real-time team and player data to help make smarter wagering decisions. Whether you're building a single bet or crafting a multi-game parlay, the Insights feature highlights key trends, like head-to-head performance and recent form, giving you a major advantage.

Combined with a clean, easy-to-use bet builder and a dedicated mobile app (rated 4.5 stars on iOS and 4.0 on Android), ToonieBet creates a strong, accessible platform for both novice and experienced bettors.

The only frustrations worth mentioning are the occasional wait times on withdraws and lack of live-stream availability on major sports games.

Toonie Bet App Preview

#8 Betano Ontario

Pros & Cons

Award-winning soccer betting site

Live streaming for a wide range of sports

Same game parlays for all major sports

Accepts payments and releases withdrawals through Interac

❌ Yet to offer an app

❌ Could offer more payment options

Award-Winning Soccer Betting Site

Betano offers up a great option for soccer bettors, even earning multiple EGR awards for the soccer betting experience they've managed to develop. Other big selling points include the range of live-streaming options bettors can access, as well as the wide range of same game parlays available. Betano also works as a good option for users who are new to betting, as the site offers a unique bet mentor feature that combines the most likely markets.

Some notable shortcomings of Betano is they don't offer the same range of payment methods as other betting sites in Ontario, which can limit accessibility for some users and the range of markets for certain sports can be limited compared to other sportsbooks. All in all, however, Betano offers a great range of options for soccer, and provides great tools for less experienced bettors.

⬆️ Back to list of all Ontario betting sites

Betano's award winning platform is the perfect option for soccer bettors.

#9 NEO.bet Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Personal bet configurator with unique functionality

✅ Form statistics shown right next to odds

✅ Deposit and withdraw with Interac

✅ Top of the range mobile app

❌ Some instruction material in German

❌ Interface can feel a bit confusing

Our pick for MLS bets and boosts

NEO.bet's platform is a breath of fresh air in a now very crowded Ontario betting landscape. The first highlight we noticed was the personal bet configurator, which allows you to either add selections, or create double chance type selections with their bet builder. With the double chance type, you can bet on, for example, the Maple Leafs to win, or Auston Mathews to score, and if either of these picks comes off, you win your bet.

Another thing we really liked about NEO.bet's platform was the form statistics that appear within the same row that holds the odds of a particular game. This can be very handy to get an understanding of how two teams have been performing before they meet each other in a match up. Other highlights include cash out control, including partial and automatic cash outs, and a great performing mobile app.

As for where NEO.bet can improve, the odds on offer could be better and the range of betting markets could be more varied. NEO.bet's website interface is also an area of their platform that could be improved, as it can feel a bit confusing to the untrained eye.

#10 Pinnacle Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Players can bet with high stakes at better odds

✅ Winning players welcome (great for pros)

✅ Handy features, like the margin calculator

❌ No mobile app

❌ Not the best for casual bettors

Great for Regular Winners & Pro Bettors

Pinnacle is a great sportsbook for seasoned bettors who often create winning wagers. Unlike Betway and Bet365, Pinnacle does not restrict winning accounts, but rather welcomes players that win more than they lose. They even go as far as welcoming arbitrage betting, a practice frowned upon by most sportsbooks.

Pinnacle routinely offers competitive odds on many of it's markets, combined with some of the lowest margins of any sportsbook in Canada. Betting market depth is also top-notch, giving bettors a wide range of lines to choose from. Additionally, Pinnacle provides educational resources to improve betting strategies which can help even seasoned bettors refine their decision making.

Pinnacle does have it's shortcomings, they lack a mobile app which can be frustrating for those who rely on their mobile devices for sports betting. In addition, Pinnacle has very little supporting features for sports betting, instead focusing solely on the markets they offer. All in all, it's hard to recommend this sportsbook for casual bettors, but experienced users can find a lot of value on this platform.

⬆️ Back to list of all Ontario betting sites

Pinnacle does not offer a sports app, but you can keep up to date with games as they happen on their sports tracking app.

#11 Northstar Bets Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Same game parlays & lots of options for NFL, MLB, NHL

✅ Dedicated “Sports Insights” section

✅ Fantastic betting app

❌ Lacks options for NBA

❌ Odds are marginally lower value than books higher up the list

Our Pick for NFL Bets

If you're an NFL betting fan, then Northstar Bets is a great option. The bet builder is available on all major sports leagues, which provides decent flexibility with the availability of sliders. Betting market depth also rivals top sportsbooks like Bet365 in certain sports like soccer and football, giving parlay bettors tons of options to pick from.

Where Northstar Bets falls short is it's lack of live-streaming options and a high $20 minimum on both deposits and withdrawals, which can be a barrier for low-stake bettors.

⬆️ Back to list of all Ontario betting sites

Screenshot of Northstar bets on the app i OS app store

Northstar Bets' betting app, along with the NFL options and features available were two highlights for us.

List of Good Licensed Ontario Betting Sites

If the best didn’t really do it for you, don’t fret, there are plenty of other sportsbooks that have received the license in Ontario that also offer decent value, good odds and lines and trustworthy platforms.

The list below is comprised of the sportsbooks that are by no means bad but are simply not in the same league as the “best”.

Good Ontario Betting Sites

#12 Sports Interaction Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ User friendly interface

✅ Great for racing

✅ Canadian owned & operated

❌ Live streaming is not supported

❌ Not the best lines

Good for North American Racing

Sports Interaction (SIA) appeals to newer users who may enjoy a more straightforward desktop betting experience and puts up a leading race book compared to other betting sites in Canada. If you fancy a bet on the ponies, we'd recommend Sports Interaction.

Where this book falls short is with regard to the lack of streaming on offer. Many books in Canada offer streaming, which puts Sports Interaction at a disadvantage. SIA has made a number of improvements recently however, and now has a robust Same Game Parlay selection, and a fully optimised mobile app, which means it has joined the ever-growing list of Ontario sports betting apps.

All in all, there's a lot to like about SIA, but there's room for improvement still.

Sports Interaction's mobile app is a big improvement over the previously limited mobile site.

#13 Powerplay Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Great range of virtual bets

✅ Novelty bets available

✅ Solid range of UFC bets

❌ Lacks sport markets overall

❌ No bet builder

Our pick for virtual bets

Powerplay offers a great experience in Ontario for casual bettors and virtual sports fans. It's bet builder is available on a majority of sports on offer and is designed to be friendly to those new to betting. For less sports-focused markets, Powerplay also provides a decent platform for novelty bets. Ontario's residents are given the option to bet on everything from the number of seats in the next general election in the UK, to the winner of the presidential election in the US. Another thing we really like were the range of virtual bets that Powerplay makes available for users. Users can bet on virtual soccer, virtual horse racing, virtual motor sports, along with virtual table tennis.

We also really enjoyed the range of UFC betting specials users could choose from. Users can bet on a number of different options from different fighting franchises, such as Rizin, the UFC, and even Bellator. While the range of bets was only limited to fight winner, we liked that bettors could choose from so many federations.

With regard to where Powerplay could improve, we’d have to include their lack of sports markets overall, along with the fact that they don’t offer up the greatest odds. We were also disappointed to see the lack of cash out offers for some sports. Overall, if Powerplay managed to amend some of these issues, we feel that their sportsbook could compete with the best out there.

#14 888Sport Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ Great puck line betting feature

✅ Wide range of sports and markets

✅ Nifty “Bet Feed” bet tracking feature

✅ Customized “made for you” bets

❌ Live streaming is not available in Canada

❌ Could include more basketball lines

Great Puck Line Betting Feature

888Sport offers up the best puck line feature for hockey betting in Canada. The sportsbook is also very well-rounded, as it offers sports betting for more than 25 different sports and entertainment categories. 888Sport is also one of the easiest betting sites to use, with a simple, yet effective betting interface.

888Sport does not offer any live-streaming in Canada, however, which is quite a significant con. The betting site also could offer far more betting options for the NBA, especially considering the popularity surrounding the sport.

#15 Bet99 Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Great bet builder

✅ Dedicated prop betting section

✅ Football stats directly from the NFL

❌ High deposit minimum

❌ Fewer niche betting markets

Best Player Prop Sportsbook

Bet99's strengths include a top-notch bet builder, along with a dedicated player props section. The bet builder can be used for NFL bets, NBA bets, soccer bets, and more. The props section is arguably the best in Ontario, offering up features and filters to help you make your picks.

Bet99 has also made some significant improvements to their live streaming selection, as well as offering a dedicated mobile app that continues to improve. The only downsides worth mentioning are the less than competitive odds offered on some sports and an in-play stat tracker that feels a bit outdated.

#16 Caesars Sportsbook Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ Very well-priced odds

✅ Plenty of payment options

✅ Great for casino

✅ Great App

❌ In-play betting isn’t the best

❌ Could offer more features

Leading Odds and Great for Casino

Caesars’ sportsbook is a good option for sports bettors that appreciate generous odds that update regularly. Caesars also offers up a wide range of payment options, which is convenient for all sports bettors, and they also include a built-in online casino that lives up to the Caesars’ brand.

This sportsbook could however improve the in-play part of its platform, because at the moment, live betting with Caesars’ isn’t great. Caesars’ could also take some inspiration from Pointsbet, and add a few more features to their platform to support the sports betting experience.

All that said, Caesars appeals to a wide range of sports bettors, and is a particularly solid choice for those who enjoy betting on both sports and casino games.

#17 BetRivers Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ Good odds

✅ Lots of betting options

✅ Streaming for niche sports

❌ App could be better

❌ Site feels dated

Lots of Betting Options

BetRivers offers some of the best odds on their platform, especially for American football, ice hockey, basketball, and baseball. BetRivers also offers a good range of betting lines for players to choose from, with a decent selection of player props and core markets like total points that can be adjusted with sliders. Canadian leagues like the CFL also have great coverage, with some of the best market depth out of any sportsbook in Canada.

One standout highlight that needs mentioning is their Prop Central section, which lists out popular prop markets across all available games for the week. For parlay bettors, this is a great time-saving feature which also helps better keep track of the multi-leg wagers being built.

This betting site could however improve the app that it has made available to its users, and some users express frustrations with withdrawal delays.

Betrivers Ontario

Offering good odds and options, BetRivers get the job done, but we think you deserve a little more.

#18 Bwin Ontario

Pros & Cons

Lots of live-streaming to choose from

Plenty of sports available to bet on

Bet builders widely available

Available in French language

No betting app

No Asian handicaps

Good for Live Betting & Live-Streaming

Bwin is a sportsbook with a considerable reputation, and for the most part, lives up to the hype. The range of in-play bets to choose from is impressive and live streaming is readily available on a wide range of sports. Pre-match markets are also a plus, especially for the NBA, NFL, and NHL.

Where this book falls short is in it's lack of focus for Canadian leagues like the CFL and CPL, as well as it's lack of markets on MLB games and Asian handicaps for soccer. While Bwin has room for improvement, it's worth taking a look for bettors interested in major sports leagues.

Bwin Mobile Mockups

Bwin is a good option for live bets and live streaming, but the absence of an app lets them down.

#19 DraftKings Ontario

Pros and Cons

Best for spread betting

North American sports prioritized

Dedicated pages for play-offs and championships

❌ Minimum website design

❌ High minimum withdrawal

Our Pick for Spread Betting

DraftKings is the best site in Ontario for points spread bets, offering a wide range of options for the NFL, NHL, NBA, and more. The site is also the best for betting on the play-offs and championship events, as DraftKings offers specific pages for these events. This is more than what is offered on other betting sites.

DraftKings’ website could be improved as it doesn’t look the best, and there are other betting sites that are easier to use and navigate. DraftKings could also improve its minimum withdrawals, as the amount you are able to withdraw is higher than on most other betting sites.

#20 Fanduel Sportsbook Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ Valuable odds prices

✅ Great betting app

✅ Same game parlays

❌ Support could improve

❌ Desktop site isn’t the best

Great option for same game parlays

FanDuel is one of the best sportsbooks when it comes to both same-game and multi-game parlays. It provides leading betting market depth on the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, golf and tennis. The design of it's bet builder is extremely easy to use, offering a wide range of combinable markets to choose from. In addition, the "YourWay" tab let's you set the exact over/unders for player props, giving you the utmost flexibility when it comes to creating multi-leg wagers on a single matchup.

This bookie’s strengths are rooted in its app and features, offering cash out, streaming, and a really well-rounded live betting experience that keeps the stream in focus with player stats and in-play markets side-by-side.

The biggest shortcoming of FanDuel comes in it's lack of focus on sports outside of the ones previously mentioned, as well as international competitions. For bettors looking for a great experience on smaller leagues and international competitions like the Euroleague, there isn't too much to write home about.

All in all, FanDuel stands as one of the best bookmakers for American sports.

#21 Rivalry Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Great for esports betting

✅ Great looking betting site

❌ Limited sports betting options

❌ No Android app

Great for eSports

Rivalry delivers one of the most complete eSports betting experience in Canada, with tons of features like same game combos for popular titles, wide availability of live streaming, and one of the most extensive coverages of eSport titles out there.

Where Rivalry lacks is in sports betting, which is understandable considering their primary focus is definitely centered on eSports. The betting market depth is limited and the odds on offer aren't great. Their in-play experience could also improve greatly.

All in all, this is a top-tier sportsbook for eSport bettors, especially those that also dabble in traditional sports betting as well.

List of Average Licensed Ontario Betting Sites

You’ve seen the best, you’ve seen the next best, now maybe you’d like to see a little more. The next bookmakers to be presented are your average joes.

They do the job fairly well, but there’s nothing particularly special about their biggest strengths. In other words, the things these bookmakers do best are done better by the operators on the list of the best bookmakers and the list of good bookmakers.

Nevertheless, we present the average joes - here’s the list of average Ontario betting sites:

#22 Pointsbet Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ Innovative features like name-a-bet

✅ High-quality betting app

✅ Great odds for North American sports

❌ Payment methods aren’t always the best

❌ Support could improve

Innovative Aussie Bookie

Points bet is a great betting site for sports bettors that like to use innovative features. Their “points betting” feature, and “name a bet” feature, are two of the best in Ontario. Pointsbet also offers up one of the best sports betting apps in Ontario, and provides bettors with very competitive odds for North American sports, such as the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL.

Pointsbet could improve the variety of payment methods they offer users, as they accept less payment methods than other operators. The support on offer is also not quite as good as other betting sites, which is another area Pointsbet could improve.

#23 Comeon! Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Our pick for personal jackpot games

❌ No sportsbook in Ontario

Best for personal jackpot games

Comeon!'s brand is well known across Europe, and is one of the brands that operated in Canada's grey market for years. Some highlights include its inventory of casino games, more specifically the personal jackpot games, of which there are plenty.

We can only really recommend Comeon! to casino players, as this brand has yet to launch a functioning sportsbook in Ontario, and have not yet disclosed whether offering sports betting is part of their future plans.

#24 Casumo Ontario

Pros & Cons

✅ Our pick for variety of slots

❌ No sportsbook in Ontario

Best for variety of slots

Casumo is a world-renowned casino brand that sets itself apart with the range of games it offers users. In Ontario, you're able to play up to 1600+ casino games, slots and live casino games. This platform is perfect for the users that are looking to get involved with some online casino action.

The issue however, and it's quite a big one, is that Casumo does not offer a sportsbook to residents of Ontario, and after we at My Betting Sites spoke to representatives of Casumo, it was made clear that they had no imminent plans to begin offering sports betting.

#25 TitanPlay Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ Superb 'If Bet' and Early Cash out betting features

✅ Great Live Betting with real time odds

❌ Prop markets are thin

❌ Limited Payment Methods

Great Betting Features

TitanPlay is a great site for live bettors looking for robust betting features. Their intuitive live betting interface covers over 32 sports, and offers real-time updates to ensure odds reflect the current state of play. Betting markets are extensive on all major sports with a wide range of specials markets that can't be found anywhere else.

Our favorite thing about TitanPlay though, are their great betting features, such as their unique 'If Bets', which allow you to place 2-leg bets in which the outcome of the 2nd leg doesn't void the wager if it fails to hit.

While the live betting feature is robust, the absence of a live streaming option is a notable drawback for us, and we would also like to see more payment methods, as well as lower deposit and withdrawal limits.

#26 BetMGM Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ Great for live betting

✅ Great for parlay betting

❌ High withdrawal minimums

❌ Support could improve

One of the Biggest Brands in the US

BetMGM’s site is best for live bettors. We really liked the cash-out feature, and the live odds and virtual feeds were other highlights within the live betting experience. BetMGM also offers a solid variety of betting markets, and a high quality betting interface, both on desktop and on their app.

Similar to DraftKings, BetMGM have higher minimum withdrawals compared to other betting sites that are available in Ontario. Along with this, their platform would benefit from a better functioning customer support department.

#27 Bally Bet Ontario (Re-Opening Q1 2025)

Pros & Cons

✅ Good mobile apps on iOS and Android

✅ Wide range of betting lines for the sports they offer

✅ 24/7 customer support

❌ Weak live betting offer

❌ Few payment methods

Our New Sportsbook Pick

Bally Bet's modern sportsbook offers up great betting apps on Android and iOS, as well as a wide variety of betting lines on the sports they focus on providing odds for. The sportsbook also offers up 24/7 customer support, which is something not many other sportsbooks can boast.

As for where Bally Bet could improve, their live betting section comes to mind. The options available, as well as the interface itself, are not well-designed for live betting. The other area we think Bally Bet could improve is with the lack of payment methods it offers to users looking to deposit and withdrawal.

List of Below Par Licensed Ontario Betting Sites

You’ve seen the best, you’ve seen the next best, and you’ve seen the average joes. Now it’s time for us to introduce the bookies to steer clear of in Ontario.

The reason we say this is purely due to the fact that the value of these sportsbooks just isn’t up to scratch compared to other betting sites in Ontario.

Nevertheless, here are some of the below-par betting sites that have been licensed in Ontario.

Bad ontario betting sites

#28 theScore.bet Ontario

Pros and Cons

✅ Leading live game tracking feature

✅ Leading betting app in Ontario

❌ Limited betting markets

❌ No desktop sportsbook

Great live game tracking feature

theScore.bet offers up the best live game tracking feature in Ontario. The sportsbook is integrated with theScore’s sports news app, ensuring that you never miss a moment of the action. Aside from a leading game tracking feature, theScore offers up one of the best betting apps in Ontario. The integration aspect mentioned before plays a role in this, but overall, using the app is an absolute pleasure.

theScore could improve in the fact that they do not offer a desktop website, they only offer an app for sports betting. The option to bet on a desktop is great to have, so adding this to their platform would only aid their level of competitiveness amongst other betting sites in Ontario. theScore could also offer a wider selection of betting markets and could improve the odds on offer.

No desktop site, and limited betting lines is what makes theScore.bet forgettable amongst the options available in Ontario.

#29 Maverick Games Ontario

✅ combo generator

✅ Betting market depth

❌ No mobile app

❌ Odds could improve

Maverick Games is one of the newest sportsbooks to become available in Ontario. They offer a wide range of betting markets for both pre-match and in-play, which are available on many of the sports offered. Users can switch between a european or American view, which tailors sports content to either demographic, making it easier to find games that popular to those regions.

Where Maverick could improve is in the odds they offer and the availability of a mobile app. There focus on betting market depth is a great start, and with steady improvements, we think they could become a leading sportsbook for Ontarians.

#30 Party Sports Ontario

Good range of sports betting options

Lacks any real features

While Party Sports may look impressive from the offset, the issues with this sportsbook involve the lack of sports on offer, the poor user experience, and the default odds being in decimal format.

Party Sports would need to offer a far better sportsbook for them to become a serious contender in Ontario.

#31 Poker Stars Sports Ontario

Nice live betting section

Website is laid out in a strange way

Another poker site looking to make its mark on sports betting, Poker Stars does a forgettable job while attempting to offer a sportsbook. While the live betting section is nice, the site doesn't work as well as other betting sites on the list and the range of markets are limited.

#32 Play FallsView Ontario

Odds provided by Kambi

Limited sports on offer

Play FallsView, the online branch of FallsView resorts and casino, has recently entered the online space. The book has its odds provided by Kambi, one of the leading odds providers in the industry. With that said, the limited sports on offer, and the highly irregular app, relegate this book to one of the last positions on this list.

#33 Betsafe Ontario

✅ Good for NBA and MLB bets

❌ App only sportsbook - no desktop site

Betsafe is a relatively recent brand to enter the Ontario market. This betting site has deals with the MLB and NBA, meaning they offer good options for these leagues when it comes to markets and odds, but otherwise, Betsafe leaves much to be desired.

#34 Lucky Casino Ontario

✅ Trusted Casino from Sweden

❌ No mobile app

❌ Support only via email

One of the latest betting companies to enter Ontario, Lucky Casino is a snazzy sportsbook and casino hailing from Sweden. While their casino catalogue is quite large, we would not currently recommend this site to sports bettors, as their sportsbook is quite bare bones and feels more like an afterthought.

#35 Monopoly Sportsbook & Casino Ontario

✅ Free games available

✅ Decent mobile app

❌ casino focused

❌ Odds & market depth could improve

Monopoly is a recent betting site made available in Ontario as of 2025. Their main focus appears to be in their casino and live-casino offerings, where the sportsbook seems to be somewhat of an afterthought. That said, they do offer a somewhat enjoyable sports betting experience with free games giving bettors the ability to earn bonus funds that can then be used for possible real-cash returns.

Monopoly could best improve their sports betting experience by offering greater betting market depth, value of odds, and some supporting features to compete with top sportsbooks.

#36 STX Ontario

✅ Ontario's first betting exchange

❌ Not the best for beginners

STX provides Ontario's first and only betting exchange, with an interface that can be likened to financial markets apps. The issue however is that this form of betting is pretty advanced, so we wouldn't recommend this for casual bettors or those of you new to betting. Users looking for a betting exchange would, however, be well served by STX.
