Where we have issues with the bonus is in the fact that users need to roll the bonus money (bet the bonus amount) 20 times, on odds of 1.5 in order to get the bonus funds withdrawable. As far as wagering requirements go, 20 times are far more than average, even though the minimum odds are fair.
