DraftKings is a licensed sportsbook and casino available in both Ontario and Alberta, regulated by the AGCO and AGLC respectively. One of the biggest betting sites in North America, DraftKings offers a secure and reliable betting experience, with solid coverage of major leagues like the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB. The sportsbook covers more than 18 sports, including less common options like sailing and cricket, while also offering fighting sports like MMA, UFC, and boxing.

DraftKings stands out for its betting markets. Beyond traditional game lines, bettors can browse through combined player markets, pre-built same-game parlays, and either player markets, race to x, and overtime markets. Live betting is another highlight, with solid in-play markets and BetVision integration that allows users to live stream select events while accessing live odds and betting selections directly on the same screen. DraftKings also offers free-to-play contests, including Pick'em, Survivor, and Bracket games, adding a fun, risk-free, way to engage with the platform.

While sports betting is its biggest strength, DraftKings Casino is an equally enjoyable experience, offering over 90 exclusive titles and games from more than 45 software providers. Players can browse slots, jackpots, live dealer games, and traditional table games, with personalized recommendations, detailed filters, and frequent leaderboard tournaments.

Funding your account is also straightforward, with familiar Canadian payment options like Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Withdrawal speeds vary depending on the method, while customer support is available through a 24/7 chatbot, email, and callback requests.

Overall, DraftKings is best suited to bettors who enjoy North American sports and live betting, with a popular casino option linked through the same account.

DraftKings has some solid features and highlights for the sports betting side of the platform, including live streaming on select sports, a quick SGP tab for pre-built parlays, combined player markets, and free games.

All in all, it's a great experience for most bettors, providing market categories that aren't found elsewhere and competitive pricing on the odds offered.

Live betting is done well on DraftKings, as one of four betting sites in Canada that has BetVision integration, letting users live stream select games with an integrated bet slip and market selection built on the same screen. This lets users watch the game while keeping an eye on line movements.

DraftKings live streaming is limited to select sports like NHL football or EPL soccer and is only available on the DraftKings app when a minimum wager is placed on relevant games.

In-play markets are fairly decent, with next drive markets for the NHL and various quarter markets for soccer and NBA basketball. Odds update quickly and are mostly down for teams when they have possession of the ball.

Draftkings free-to-play pools are contests with no entry frees which direct users to make certain picks that result in points, which are either a single-event or a multi-event tournament pitted against other players on the platform.

These include various game types throughout the year, including Pick'em, Popularity games, Survivor games, Bracket games, and other novelty pools.

The DraftKings Casino is equally popular for casino players, hosting some of the best leaderboard and tournaments in Canada, 90+ exclusive titles to browse, and games from over 45 software providers.

Players will find a solid selection of slots, jackpots, live dealer games, scratchers, and traditional table games like Poker, Roulette, Baccarat, and Blackjack. Most games are available via a demo or "fun play" with a "detail" tab for specific game information.

Navigation is also solid for players looking to find specific games, with filters for game types, mechanics, providers, and themes. DraftKings Casino includes personalized features as well, with a "For You" section, recommending games based on your playing history, and a favourites section.

Due to regulations in Ontario and Alberta, we are unable to advertise welcome offers, promotions, or other inducements on this page.
