Who is eligible for this Welcome Offer?

• New customers residing in the UK who are at least 18 years old and who register for an account with us from 09:00 UK Time on 8th March until 17:30 UK Time on 15th March 2024. Customers must be successfully verified by us before any Free Bets are awarded. Please see our Verification Policy for more details.

How do you get the Free Bets?

• Register using the promo code CHELT50.
• Deposit at least £10 using a Debit Card registered to you. No other payment method will qualify.
• Place a bet of £10 or more on any qualifying Sportsbook markets, at odds of Evens or greater (2.0+), which must settle before 23:59 UK Time on 15th March 2024. Two or more separate bets with a combined stake of £10 will not qualify. Only your very first valid bet will count.
• If your bet is voided or cancelled by us; it will not count and the next valid bet you place will be considered instead.
• If your account is set to euros you will need to deposit and bet €10 to qualify.

What will not qualify?

• Failing to enter the promo code before making your first deposit.
• Bets placed using Free Bets.
• Totepool bets and bets on Virtual Sports.
• If you CashOut your qualifying bet.

When will you be credited with your Free Bets and Free Spins?

• Your £40 in Free Bets and £10 in Free Spins will be credited within 10-hours of your qualifying bet being settled, and can be used as followed:
  • £20 to use on Horse Racing
  • £20 to use on Football Accumulators (4+ selections).
  • £10 in Free Spins (50 x £0.20) to use on Fishin’ Frenzy at Betfred Games.

Are there any other limitations you should know about?

• Free Bets cannot be withdrawn as cash and will not form part of any winnings returned.
• Free Spins cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any unused Free Bets or Free Spins will expire 7-days after issue.
• To claim the 50 Free Spins, you must open Fishin’ Frenzy and accept them.
• Any winnings from the Free Spins will be paid into your cash balance.
• One welcome offer per address/IP address/device or mobile number. Previous account holders are not eligible for the offer. Anyone opening a Betfred.com account that has previously held an account with us that is closed does not qualify for the offer.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Betfred Management Team will be final and based on our Terms and Conditions.

Can we change or remove this Welcome Offer?

• We may remove and change this Welcome Offer without notice. These changes will not affect any Welcome Offer that you may have already registered for, or placed any qualifying bets towards, other than where this is necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
• Betfred reserve the right to withdraw the promotion, if required, for reasons beyond our control, such as system failures or supplier withdrawal (not exhaustive). In the instance that this happens, we will endeavour to communicate any withdrawal in a timely manner.
