- Free bet values vary. Eligible customers will be presented with the promotion offer, including all free bet values, upon logging into their William Hill account or through direct communications (email, SMS, push notifications, or inbox messaging).
- To participate in the promotion, eligible customers must:
- Log into their William Hill account or access the promotion via the direct communication received;
- 'Opt in' through the dedicated promotion page in order to receive the free bet;
- Use the free bet on any Cheltenham Festival 2025 Day 1 race via the William Hill website (williamhill.com) or the William Hill iOS or Android mobile app.
- Free bets will be credited immediately upon opt in, but will only be available to use from 13:00 (UK time) on Sunday 9th March 2025 until the start of the final race on Day 1 of the Cheltenham Festival.
- Free bets will be voided and removed from your account if not used by 17:20 (UK time) on Tuesday 11th March 2025.
- A maximum of 1 x free bet per customer is available under this promotion.
- The free bet is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- The full value of the free bet must be redeemed in one stake. Any portion of the free bet that is not staked will be voided. The free bet can only be used once.
- ‘Cash out’ will be available for bets placed using a free bet (minus the value of the free bet).
