As one of Australia's few app-first bookmakers, you'd expect Moneyball to have a quality betting app - and it does.

Specifically, we really liked that there are multiple login options including biometrics, Email, Google, and Apple - this makes getting into your accounts faster and easier than remembering and typing a username and password.

The navigation and usability of the Moneyball app are almost perfect. There is no wasted space, the top of the screen is where you can search or scroll through different sports while most of the rest of the screen is taken up by neatly organised betting markets.

We also really appreciate that the Moneyball app always shows your current account balance at the top (there's nothing worse than going to place a bet and realising that you need to make a deposit again).

One minor complaint is that for some player prop markets, the name of the team is not shown next to the player which means that if you don't know the squads, you won't know which team they play for.

One of the features Moneyball displays on its website and App Store listing is its 'Low Touch Customer Service'.

Basically, Moneyball is proud to not offer a phone number and instead gives users FAQs, live chat, and an email address instead.

I'll give Moneyball the benefit of the doubt and say that they genuinely think that not having a phone number is a good idea. However, personally, I jump on the phone as soon as I have a problem with any of my betting accounts - it's much easier to solve problems when you're actually talking to someone.

Despite this, Moneyball's FAQs are thorough, their team is helpful, and I have no other complaints regarding their support system.

Moneyball is missing some popular features like same race multis.

Still, Moneyball has some of the most well-known features like cash out and same game multis, speedmaps, expert tips, detailed form guides as well as a range of more unique extras like special bets, prediction games, and quizzes.
