PuntersPal received a digital makeover in 2022, by modernising their site and expanding their betting markets. PuntersPal first launched their site back in 2007, but have now significantly upped their online game. The previous website was optimised through My Track Price much like Pendlebury Bet and DaveBet, and offered racing only. The new and improved PuntersPal is now utilising the Generation Web software, which offers a bigger selection of betting markets including sports, and now PuntersPal boasts an app on iOS and Android.

PuntersPal still offers top products that they have been delivering for 15+ years, including Best of the Best on Group Races.

PuntersPal is still primarily a racing bookie with racing focused promos and opening specials, but now provide's punters' with 15+ different sports to bet on including obscure sports such as Darts and Esports. While most of the sports offered are basic head to head bets, PuntersPal gives the option to place a same game multi on NRL or AFL - where it offers more betting markets such as basic stat markets, including goals and disposals in AFL, and try-scorers in NRL.

PuntersPal provides all Australian racing across the three codes (thoroughbreds, greyhound, harness) and plenty of international meets in popular racing countries including UK, France, Japan and Ireland.

Does PuntersPal offer Protest Payout?

Yes. If your horse is first past-the-post but is relegated due to an upheld protest, PuntersPal will pay out both the runner that was first past-the-post and the runner that was declared the official race winner.

PuntersPal will only offer Protest Payout on Australian Thoroughbred and Harness races only, and only for a customers first accepted bet on the affected runner. PuntersPal have a payout limit for Protest Payouts of $1,000 per race, and $2,500 per day.

PuntersPal provides a decent amount of sports (15+) to bet on. In the less-mainstream sports the markets are generally head to head or line betting, but PuntersPal offers deeper markets in the more popular sports such as NRL and AFL. Below are some of the sports you can bet on with PuntersPal.

PuntersPal offers over 40 leagues of Soccer to bet on, and also a selection of Esports with betting options for Counter Strike, Dota 2 and League of Legends.

Can I place a Multi or Same Game Multi with PuntersPal?

Yes. You can place up to a 10 leg multi with PuntersPal across all offered sports or horse races. The maximum odds is capped at, and automatically calculated to $10,001. The max pay out for a multi is also $20k.

Same game multis are available on PuntersPal for NRL and AFL. You can place up to a 10 leg multi, with the max odds being $1,001. Some of the markets you can bet on in a same game multi include:

Unfortunately, some markets that are available for straight betting (or regular multis) are not available for same game multi, including flexible lines and flexible margins.

We found the PuntersPal app to be easy-to-navigate and similar to the website. Like the website, the app is missing features such as insights, live streaming and tips.

The ratings of the app is 3.7/5 on the Apple Store. The app is available to download for Android, but PuntersPal are still in the process of staging it on the Google Play Store (at time of writing), so you have to download it manually, which is a bit of a drainer.

The negative reviews on the Apple Store are complaining of poor customer service (which we found to be fine), and that the app is nothing compared to the big bookies - which is true if you're a feature focused punter. Most users enjoyed the app, but like the site, PuntersPal could definitely improve on the depth of markets they provide in their sports offerings.

We found PuntersPal support to be very responsive and friendly, with about a 3 minute wait time for a response at around 9pm on a Tuesday night on the live chat. PuntersPal also offer support over the following platforms:

Withdrawals

PuntersPal withdrawals are processed daily by bank transfer. If you request a withdrawal prior to 9am AEST business days, it will be processed on the same day. Depending on your bank, it should be in your account the next business day or sooner.

Our first transaction was in the bank account the following day (withdrawing at 9pm).
