Yes, in Alberta FanDuel has completed registration with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC), the provincial regulator responsible for iGaming oversight and compliance. To operate in the province’s regulated market, FanDuel also operates pursuant to an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation. 

This means all Albertans can safely visit and sign up with FanDuel, backed by ongoing regulations and oversight by the local government. Eligible iGames conducted and managed by AiGC are only available to those physically present in the Province of Alberta.

In Canada, FanDuel is part of the regulated iGaming markets in Ontario and Alberta. The sportsbook is not accessible in other provinces.
