• William Hill reserves the right to remove a customer's opt-in status and exclude them from the promotion if:
  - William Hill identifies that the customer has breached these terms and conditions;
  - William Hill detects suspicious betting behaviours or activity on the customer’s account;
  - the customer's account status has changed since they opted into the promotion (for example, if the customer has self-excluded, or restrictions have been applied to the customer’s account since they opted into the promotion); or
  - The customer is no longer resident in an eligible jurisdiction.
  - In such circumstances, William Hill will provide reasonable written notice of its decision to exclude the customer from the promotion, and the exclusion will take effect from the date specified in the relevant notice.
• A daily cap of £/€25,000 applies to the additional benefit received from Best Odds Guaranteed per customer, per calendar day (00:00 to 23:59 UK time) (the “Daily Cap”).
• The Daily Cap:
  - only applies to the extra benefit received when the Starting Price (SP) is higher than the price originally taken (For example: If you take odds of 4/1 and the SP is 6/1, the 'additional benefit' is the difference between the winnings at these two prices. Your original winnings at 4/1 do not contribute towards this cap); and
  - is calculated by:
  i. adding together all additional benefits from higher SPs across your winning qualifying bets in a single day; and
  ii. stopping additional benefit payments once the £/€25,000 daily limit is reached.
• If the total additional benefit from higher Starting Prices would exceed £/€25,000 in a single calendar day, then the payment will be capped at £/€25,000. Standard winnings from original odds taken will be paid in full and are not subject to the Daily Cap.
• All winnings will automatically be credited to your account once the qualifying bet has settled. Any additional benefit received under this promotion will be marked in the “Settled bets” section of your online account and will accumulate up to a limit of £/€25,000 per calendar day.

Additional Promotion terms

• Where a Winnings Boost has been applied, returns will be the greater of (i) the price the bet was struck at including the Winnings Boost; and (ii) the Starting Price (with no Winnings Boost applied).

How do I qualify?

What happens if I qualify?

How is BOG applied?

• If you’re eligible to take part in this offer by meeting the staking requirements and place a Qualifying Bet, and the SP return is higher than what it was at the time you placed your bet, we will pay out your bet into your Account in cash at the SP of the Qualifying Bet selection up to the Maximum SP Increase Value Cap.
• Maximum SP Increase Value Cap:  The maximum increase per bet or per race as a result of the Offer is capped at £50,000 per Member per day. For example, if a Qualifying Bet was scheduled to return £75,000 at the original odds, but would return £150,000 once the Bonus is applied, the payout would be capped £125,000 (£75,000K + £50,000 maximum bonus).

• 4.3. Where no industry Starting Price is declared, and the Tigerbet price at the race off is greater than the price taken, the bet will be settled at the higher price.

Interaction with Price Boosts

• 5.1. Where a Price Boost has been applied to a qualifying Win or Each Way market, settlement will be based on the greater of:
  - the boosted price taken; or
  - the Best Odds Guaranteed Starting Price.
• 5.2. Only one enhancement will apply per bet; boosted prices and BOG will not be combined.

Exclusions

• 6.1. BOG does not apply to:
  - Ante-Post bets;
  - Tote or Pari-Mutuel bets;

  - Extra or adjusted place terms, including Each Way Extra;

Limits

Settlement and General Rules
