LeoVegas sportsbook relaunches in Canada - First impressions for those outside of Ontario

In February, LeoVegas temporarily suspended the sportsbook side of its platform while it worked on bringing Canadian users a new and improved sports betting experience.
After three months of limited access, the transition is now complete. Users can once again access the sportsbook side of LeoVegas, which has returned with an updated platform and a refreshed betting experience.

At first glance, it is clear LeoVegas put significant time and effort into the design of its new sportsbook.
On desktop, betting markets now open in a sidebar, creating a much cleaner browsing experience. This makes it easier to compare markets across multiple games without constantly being redirected to separate betting market pages.
One feature we really appreciate is the addition of head-to-head win probabilities, which are now integrated into many markets. It is a useful visual feature and one we have started to see become more common across modern sportsbooks.
The new SGP bet builder tab is also a major improvement. It makes same-game parlays easier to find, build, and compare for each game. The previous design could feel a bit crowded at times, but the updated layout does a much better job of keeping everything organized.
Navigation has also improved. On desktop, LeoVegas now uses a vertical sidebar with quick links, top sports, top leagues, and an A-Z sports menu. There is also a horizontal navigation bar at the top with similar options, along with additional filters for finding games available on the day.
Was the Wait Worth It?
After three months of limited access, LeoVegas has returned with a sportsbook that feels much more modern and easier to use.
The cleaner market layout, improved navigation, head-to-head probability visuals, and upgraded SGP bet builder all make the platform feel like a significant step forward from its previous design.
That said, the full value of the new LeoVegas sportsbook will depend on more than its appearance. Odds quality, market depth, live betting performance, payout speed, and long-term reliability will determine whether this update helps LeoVegas compete more closely with Canada’s top sportsbooks.
