Sports betting exchange site, BetDEX, received its remote Irish betting license in the summer of 2023, two years after launching. The core of the company is made up of former employees and developers of Betfair, FanDuel and BetDAQ who wanted to build an exchange site based on users being able to win without being hit by heavy commission fees and account restrictions. The early signs are promising with scores of Irish punters drawn to a completely different offering from what's available.
