As part of Ireland's new gambling regulations, a new licensing system for remote bookmakers came into effect on 1st July.
Operators must now be licensed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) and have a new licence number to reflect this.
With the new laws, some operators have pulled out of the market and are no longer active in Ireland, while others have paused operations for the time being.
The list above includes all betting brands licensed by the GRAI and still active in Ireland.

Here, we've listed all active bookmakers in Ireland and provided key information for each bookie, including license numbers, sports coverage & payment methods.
Because the Irish market is still transitioning, our list may include bookmakers with license information issued by the Revenue Commissioners.
Our main list above is updated using information from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI), the body responsible for regulating gambling in Ireland.
We check the GRAI license register daily for new bookmakers issued a GRAI license and update our list with the brand name, license number, and issue date.
If you have any questions about our list or think we've missed something, feel free to get in touch.
These betting companies have either ceased operations or exited the Irish market.
*Betfred (Paused operations in Ireland since 22nd June 2026)
As of 6th November 2026, Ireland has 43 licensed betting websites.
We verify and update our list twice a week. But if a bookmaker launches or exits the market, we update the list straight away.
Yes. Every betting site listed on MyBettingSites.com/ie is regulated by The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) and has a license number on its website to reflect this.
We list all licensed operators that have an online sportsbook. Sites that are unlicensed or only offer an online casino are not included.
If you can't find a bookie on our list, chances are, it's not licensed to operate legally in Ireland.
Using an authorised operator ensures you are fully protected: your funds are secure, games are fair and transparent, and you are paid if you win. Licensed bookies also provide responsible gambling tools to help prevent and address gambling addiction. Unlicensed betting sites provide none of this.
It could also be human error if a bookmaker that should be on the list isn't. If this is the case, send a message to ireland@mybettingsites.com, and we'll look into it for you.
Ireland’s newest betting sites are 3et, Fitzwilliam.bet and DragonBet, all having launched in 2026.
We don’t have a partnership with every bookmaker listed. But for the ones we do, we may receive a commission (at no cost to you, of course).
The betting sites on our list may be available in other territories. But your ability to sign up depends on whether the bookmaker is legal in the country you're located in.
Note that if you do join one of the betting companies listed outside Ireland, your account may be paused while the bookmaker verifies your identity, as per the new gambling regulations set out by the GRAI.
The list on this page includes every licensed betting brand in Ireland.
By comparison, the list you see when you first visit our site is subjective and features our top 20 Irish bookmakers based on new features, promotions or anything interesting the bookmaker is currently offering.
We do indeed. Here, you will find every casino website in Ireland.
