Kwiff Sign Up Offer - Bet €10 Get €10

1. The following qualification requirements and rules apply to this Promotion:

a) Register an account with kwiff.
b) Make a minimum deposit of €10.
c) Claim the Free Bet welcome offer.
d) Place your first real money bet on any market, at a minimum of €10 in the sportsbook with odds greater than or equal to 1.5, which must be settled within 5-days of the first deposit on their account. (“Qualifying Bet”). 
e) The Promotion awards a €10 Free Bet when the Qualifying Bet is made during the Promotional Period. 
f) The €10 Free Bet will be credited within 48 hours of the Qualifying Bet being settled. 
g) Only the first Qualifying Bet will count towards this promotion.
h) Virtual Sports Bets, Each Way Bets, Multi bets, Fully or Partially Cashed-Out Bets, Surprise Bets, and Voided Bets do not qualify for the Promotion. 
i) Bets placed using Free Bets, Bonus Bets, Vouchers, or any other promotional stake will not qualify as a Qualifying Bet.
A.2 The Promotion runs from 15/12/2025 12:00 (UTC) until 1/1/2027 12:00 (UTC) (the “Promotional Period”). Therefore bets made outside of this Promotion Period will not be eligible to count towards the Qualifying Bet or meet the Qualification Period requirements and you will not be eligible for a Free Bet under the Promotion.  

A.3 The Promotion is only valid to:

a) New customers who register an account during the Promotional Period.
b) Customers aged 18 years or over and whose accounts are not restricted for any reason outlined in our terms.
c) Customers who have successfully completed account and payment method verification before participating in the Promotion. 
A.4 To use your Free Bet:

a) Log in to your account.
b) Follow the instructions within the Free Bet, to which market/s the Free Bet can be used on.
c) The Free Bet icon will only display on selections that meet the Free Bet criteria.
d) The whole specified Free Bet amount must be used in the Free Bet ticket.
e) Free Bet tickets can not be combined with other Promotions. 
f) Your Free Bet will expire in 7 days if not used. 
g) If a bet placed using a Free bet is settled as ‘cancelled/pushed’, that Free bet will be deemed invalid.
A.5 There is no turnover requirement on Free Bet winnings. Winnings from Free Bets can be withdrawn without restriction, subject to standard operational checks.

A.6 Any returns from your Free Bet stake will be added to your withdrawable balance but your Free Bet stake is not included in any returns. For example, a €10 bet placed at odds of 3.00 would give a return of €30 (€20 winnings plus €10 stake), whereas a €10 Free Bet stake placed at odds of 3.00 would give a net return of €20 as the €10 Free Bet stake is not returned.

A.7 We may request verification documents at any time to confirm identity, age, or residency, only as required to fulfil general regulatory obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in exclusion from the Promotion and forfeiture of any rewards or Winnings.

A.8 The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer on kwiff and is only available once per new customer, household, IP address, email address, payment method, or device.

A.9 Customers previously excluded from our company’s offers will not be able to claim this Promotion.

A.10 In the event of a technical failure by us, or in the event of any occurrence that renders us unable to credit the promotional reward within the expected timeframe, we will aim to credit the reward as soon as the incident is resolved.
