The Ladbrokes The Grid card is an all-in-one product that enables Ladbrokes punters to connect their shop and online activity, earn loyalty points and access exclusive offers and promotions.

Online betting sites were already convenient - products like The Grid make them even more so.

Ladbrokes Grid cards can be physical cards or digital cards accessed via the Ladbrokes website or mobile app.

You don’t need to download a separate app to access The Grid: All the features are accessible via the standard Ladbrokes app for iPhone and iOS.

Once you’re logged in to the Ladbrokes app, swipe the banner icon menu all the way to the far end where you will find a link to The Grid.

That’s handy and we think it’s a lot neater than similar products offered by other operators which sometimes require separate apps to be downloaded and set up.

One of the big draws of The Grid is the exclusive perks and offers that are available once you sign up and activate your card.

In the past this has included free bets, money back offers and other betting promotions.

It was also possible to earn loyalty points for placing qualifying bets which could be redeemed on a range of different entertainment and food options including NowTV packages, Papa Johns vouchers and Cinema tickets.

At the time of writing, we’re unable to find much - if any - information about these perks and offers on the Ladbrokes site.

The confirmation email when I joined The Grid also didn’t make any mention of it so we have to assume that Ladbrokes has dialed down the exclusive offers available on The Grid.

However, we think it’s still very much worth activating your virtual Grid card for the ability to connect your online and in-shop betting activity alone.

One of our favorite features of The Grid is the bet tracker.

Simply enter the receipt number from your betting slip into the bet tracker and you’ll be able to follow the action online.

You can also view all settled in-shop bets that you tracked previously.

Once you’re tracking a shop bet using the bet tracker, you can also use The Grid to cash out that shop bet online!

If you have a tracked shop bet in play that qualifies for cash out, you’ll be able to view and accept your cash out offer on The Grid section of the Ladbrokes site or mobile app.

• The Ladbrokes site may be down or experiencing other issues. In our experience, the best place to check for updates on site status is social media (specifically Ladbrokes’ official Twitter account).
• There may be compatibility issues if you are using an old version of the Ladbrokes app. Visit the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) and ensure your app is up to date.
• The Ladbrokes app may have crashed while open on your phone in the background. Simply close the app and reopen it to see if this fixes things.
• Your internet connection may not be strong enough to run the app. Use wifi where possible.
• User error! We all make mistakes. Make sure you’re submitting the correct receipt number, for example, when you’re using the bet tracker.
