How to Download the Proline App on iOS
To start the process of downloading the Proline+ app on your iPhone, you need to visit Proline’s mobile website.
The mobile website has a specific landing page that has a link to the App store, more of which will come in the next step.
You can also take a closer look at what this landing page on the image that appears to the right of this text on desktop, and below this text on mobile.
Once you’ve clicked on the link to get to Proline+, you’ll arrive at their landing page.
From there, you can click on an iOS-specific image, with a link that takes you to the app store.
If you're not sure what that means, you can click on the image that can be found to the right of this text on desktop, and to the bottom of this text on mobile.

Proline App Download on Android
The first thing you’ll need to do to get the Proline app on your Android device is to visit Proline+ on mobile, which you can do so through this link.
Once on Proline+’s home page, you’ll see lots of things going on, but in the first banner that appears, you’ll see the links that direct you to the relevant app store for your device.
Cast your eyes to the top banner, which has links that take you directly to the app store if you’re on iPhone, or the Google Play Store if you have an Android device.
If you’re reading this, you hopefully have an Android device (our iPhone download guide is the one above). Click on the “Get it on Google Play” text, which will take you to the Google Play Store’s Proline Download page.
Once you’ve headed on over to the Google Play Store, you’ll see a button that’s highlighted in green that says “INSTALL”.
Clicking on the “INSTALL” button begins the process of downloading the app, and overall it should take no longer than 30 seconds to a minute.
Once the app has successfully downloaded, you’ll be able to open it directly from the app store by clicking on a button. After that, you can access the app from your phone’s home screen. If you have a bunch of apps, you may have to scroll through your phone’s multiple home screens or access it in your phone’s app library.

How do I start using the Proline App in Ontario?
To start using the Proline App in Ontario (after you’ve downloaded it), you will need to create a Proline account on the app, then you'll need to make a deposit to load your betting wallet. Once that's done, select the sport you’re looking to bet on, choose your league, select your line and odds, enter your stake, and confirm your bet.

You sure can! Proline+ has very recently launched an app with full sports betting function. Prior to this launch, the app that was available to users allowed you to make your picks but did not allow you to track your bets, or see your winnings.
Once you’d place a bet on Proline’s old app, you’d have a QR-code, or ticket, generated, which you would then need to take to an OLG retailer to get your winnings. Proline has come a long way to now offer in-app betting. In the image below, we walk you through placing an NFL bet on Proline's app.

This in essence translates to safety. Finally, the presence of in-store locations means that users have somewhere to go if they run into any issues, which is unlike other bookmakers that only offer unreliable, and often automated customer service departments.
Where this sports betting app falls short is in the fact that it's still in its early development phase, which means that it tends to crash regularly, and the app isn't the easiest to navigate through. Users on the app store have complained that it took them half an hour to place some bets. While that wasn't a problem for us, it may be for you.
