XcelBet is Dave Dwyer's (the legendary Sydney rails bookie) latest betting site. We've seen him launch and close several brands in the last five or six years including the likes of DaveBet. How much he is involved in this project is a little unclear though.
XcelBet launched early in 2026 on Punterstech's software. Punterstech provides a smooth, easy to navigate experience, decent odds, and promos along with some player props markets, same game and race multis and early fixed prices for the gallops.
XcelBet have also given us a sign up code of MBS500 which new users can use to make the most of their offerings but do know that you'll need to bet more than just promos if you want your account to stay free of restrictions.
