FanDuel Refer A Friend - Get $75 & Give $75 in Site Credits

The Promotion is sponsored by Betfair Interactive US, LLC (“BIU” or the “Sponsor”), located at 6701 Center Drive West, Suite 1000, Los Angeles, CA 90045. The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom a Referral Bonus (defined below) is issued to upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion. Redemption of the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Promotion “Terms and Conditions”. Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.

The Promotion will begin at 12:00 AM ET on January 1, 2024 and end at 11:59 ET on June 30, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, this Promotion shall supersede and replace in its entirety all “refer-a-friend” promotions offered by Sponsor in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

The Promotion is only open to existing FanDuel online member account (“FanDuel Account”) holders who successfully refer a Referee (defined herein) that satisfies the applicable wager requirements herein (each, a “Referrer”), and individuals who are new FanDuel Account holders (i.e. who have never had their social security number affiliated with any FanDuel Account) who have been successfully verified by the Sponsor, and who are invited to sign up for a FanDuel Account using a Referral Link by a Referrer (each, a “Referee”). Qualified users are eligible to participate in both the Sportsbook Referral and the Casino Referral (as defined below). If a Referee is associated with another FanDuel Account in Sponsor's database, they are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. All Referrers and Referees must be at least 21 years of age and physically present in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia when participating in the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Referrers are prohibited from referring members of their immediate family or any individuals who live within their household (whether legally related or not), any users violating this section will be deemed ineligible for this Promotion. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, their parent companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Referral Bonus (as defined below). Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency, Sponsor or one of its affiliates or gaming license partners and persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Sponsor or its affiliates or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Referral Bonus (as defined below).

Sportsbook: A Referrer must obtain their unique referral link (“Referral Link”) from their FanDuel Account and cause any Referee to sign up and become validated for a new FanDuel Account using such Referral Link and must deposit at least Ten Dollars ($10) or more through any deposit methods (excluding Pay Near Me), then place and settle a wager of at least Ten Dollars ($10) in real money on the FanDuel Sportsbook (“Sportsbook Wager Requirement”) within thirty (30) days of signing up (a “SportsbookReferral”). Wagers settled after the thirty (30) day period will not count towards satisfaction of the Sportsbook Wager Requirement. Deposits made with Pay Near Me will not satisfy the Sportsbook Wager Requirement. For each Sportsbook Referral, the Referrer shall receive a Sportsbook Bonus Bet equal to Fifty Dollars ($50) and the Referee shall receive a Sportsbook Bonus Bet equal to Fifty Dollars ($50) (collectively, the “Sportsbook Referral Bonus”). Limit of five (5) Sportsbook Referral Bonuses per person within a thirty (30) day period.

Casino:A Referrer must obtain their Referral Link from their FanDuel Account and cause any Referee to sign up and become validated for a new FanDuel Account using such Referral Link and must deposit at least Ten Dollars ($10) and then wager at least Ten Dollars ($10) in real money on the FanDuel Casino (“Casino Wager Requirement”) within thirty (30) days of signing up (a “Casino Referral”). Deposits made with Pay Near Me will not satisfy the Casino Wager Requirement. For each Casino Referral, the Referrer shall receive a Casino Site Credit of Twenty Five Dollars ($25) and the Referee shall receive a Casino Site Credit of Twenty Five Dollars ($25) (collectively, the “Casino Referral Bonus” and together or interchangeably with the Sportsbook Referral Bonus as the case may be, the “Referral Bonus”). Limit of five (5) Casino Referral Bonuses in per person within a thirty (30) day period.

Sportsbook: If applicable, the Sportsbook Referral Bonus will be credited to your FanDuel Account within 72 hours of the Referee satisfying the Sportsbook Wager Requirement. Limit five (5) Sportsbook Referral Bonuses per Referrer (Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) maximum Sportsbook Referral Bonus per each Referrer) in thirty (30) days. Limit one (1) Sportsbook Referral Bonus per Referee (Fifty Dollars ($50) maximum Sportsbook Referral Bonus per each Referee). Sportsbook Bonus Bets may be used to wager on any market in the FanDuel Sportsbook, except for Round Robin wagers. If a wager placed using a Sportsbook Bonus Bet wins, you will receive as withdrawable cash the winnings portion of such wager, and will not receive the stake portion from such wager. The Sportsbook Bonus Bet can be found in the betslip window of your FanDuel Account. You must manually select the Sportsbook Bonus Bet in the betslip window of your FanDuel Account in order to redeem the Sportsbook Bonus Bet. Sportsbook Referral Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Sportsbook Referral Bonus received, regardless of whether the Sportsbook Referral Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Sportsbook Referral Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

Casino: If applicable, the Casino Referral Bonus will be credited to your FanDuel Account within seventy-two (72) hours of the Referee satisfying the Casino Wager Requirement. Limit five (5) Casino Referral Bonuses per Referrer (One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125) maximum Casino Referral Bonus per each Referrer) in thirty (30) days. Limit one (1) Casino Referral Bonus per Referee Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) maximum Casino Referral Bonus per each Referee). Casino Site Credit may be used on any of Sponsor’s table and slot casino games. Casino Referral Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Casino Referral Bonus received, regardless of whether the Casino Referral Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Casino Referral Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have an active FanDuel Account and verify their identity. Creating a FanDuel Account at fanduel.com or sportsbook.fanduel.com is free. By submitting your information and creating a FanDuel Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the FanDuel Privacy Policy and Terms. If you do not agree to FanDuel’s Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a FanDuel Account or participate in this Promotion.

In addition to the Eligibility Requirements in Section 3, BIU reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. Referral Links can only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Users who utilize referral links for any commercial or otherwise prohibited purposes may be disqualified from participation in any of Sponsor's promotions and/or the suspension of their FanDuel Account subject to Sponsor's sole discretion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

See Section 4. Wagers that are settled using the “Cash Out” feature will not be deemed to satisfy the Sportsbook Wager Requirement and/or the Casino Wager Requirement. Deposits that are made through the Pay Near Me deposit method will not be deemed to satisfy the Sportsbook Wager Requirement and/or the Casino Wager Requirement. Separately, wagers placed using site credits, bonus bets, or any bonus received from a separate Sponsor promotion, including without limitation to the “$1,000 No Sweat Bet” promotion or the “$1000 Play It Again” promotion, will not be deemed to satisfy the Sportsbook Wager Requirement and/or the Casino Wager Requirement.

Sportsbook Bonus Bets must be manually selected in the betslip window of your FanDuel Account in order to be used before deposited funds when wagering. Casino Site Credit is used before deposited funds when wagering.

All markets eligible on the FanDuel Sportsbook and all games eligible on FanDuel Casino are eligible to earn a Referral Bonus. Sportsbook Bonus Bets may be used to wager on any market available on the FanDuel Sportsbook except for Round Robin wagers. Casino Site Credit may be used on any of Sponsor’s table and slot casino games.

The Referral Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Referral Bonus is non-withdrawable, but any winnings therefrom are immediately withdrawable. The Referral Bonus may only be used for wagering on your FanDuel Account in accordance with the terms herein. Any unused portion of the Referral Bonus will be automatically withdrawn from your FanDuel Account fourteen (14) days after being credited to your FanDuel Account. Deposited funds that have not been played may be refunded at any time.
