Refer a Friend – PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

1. The Caesars Sportsbook (“Caesars”) Refer a Friend - promotion (“Promotion”) will take place between 12:00AM local time on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM local time on Friday, May 31, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Promotion is offered by American Wagering, Inc. (“Caesars”).
2. As used herein, “Caesars” means American Wagering Inc, dba Caesars Sportsbook. All references to the Refer a Friend shall be referred to as “Promotion” throughout these Official Rules. Promotion is sponsored by Caesars.
3. To be eligible for this Promotion, all patrons must be 21 or older, physically present in a State or Commonwealth where sports wagering is legal and Caesars is duly licensed, permitted or authorized to operate including, without limitation, the states of AZ/CO/DC/IA/IL/IN/KS/KY/LA/MD/ME/MI/NC/NJ/NY/OH/PA/PR/TN/VA/WV/WY when wagering, and have a Caesars Mobile or Online Account (“Caesars Account”) (“Participant(s)”).
4. Opening a Caesars Account is free.
5. Participants can share their unique personal registration referral link with non-Caesars Mobile or Online Account holders (“Referral(s)”).
6. To participate in this Promotion:
   1. Participants must have at least one (1) Referral successfully open a Caesars Account, inclusive of automated or manual identification verification, and register their Caesars Account using the Participant’s unique personal referral link (“Participant(s)”).
   2. Participant’s Referral must make a real money deposit via the Caesars desktop site or mobile cashier of $50.00 or more cumulatively (“Qualifying Deposit”), and wager $50.00 or more cumulatively through Caesars Sportsbook or iCasino (“Qualifying Wager”).
   3. Once a Qualifying Deposit is made and Qualifying Wager(s) settle, the Participant and the Participant’s Referral will receive 5,000 Reward Credits each.
7. Only registrations made using the Participant’s unique registration referral link will be eligible for the Reward Credits.
8. Reward Credits will be applied directly to a Participant’s Caesars Account within seven (7) days following their Referral’s Qualifying Deposit.
9. Reward Credits will only be awarded for successful Referrals that take place during the Promotion Period. Registration referral links will expire at the end of the Promotion Period and will not be valid for the Promotion once the Promotion Period concludes.
10. The Referral must complete registration after clicking the registration referral link from the Participant. If the Participant sends the registration referral link to a Referral, but the Referral goes back later and signs up without clicking that link again, no Reward Credits will be awarded to the Participant. The Referral would have to click the registration referral link again, and register their Caesars Account through it, for the Participant to receive Reward Credits.
11. Participants may receive Reward Credits for up to a maximum of ten (10) Referrals.
12. The maximum total amount in Reward Credits a Participant may receive for this Promotion is 50,000.
13. Participants may not use any form of unsolicited communications to transmit their registration referral link.
14. Tier Credit Bonuses and Reward Credit prizes are subject to all terms and conditions applicable to Tier Credits and Reward Credits, including, without limitation, the Caesars Rewards rules and regulations available at www.CaesarsRewards.com/rules.
15. “Tier Credits” are credits received by a Caesars Rewards member that determine that member’s Tier level in the program. See https://www.caesars.com/myrewards for more information on earning Tier Credits at Participating Properties and Caesars Rewards Tier levels. Tier Credits have no retail value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for any products or services.
16. Reward Credits have no cash value.
17. Reward Credits are valid as long as the Member obtains at least one Reward Credit every six months. If the Member does not obtain any Reward Credits within any six-month period, the entire Reward Credit account balance will expire.
18. Caesars engages in various strategic relationships with other companies, which may result in the Member being able to accumulate additional Reward Credits due to the Member’s relationships with such companies – see the Caesars Rewards Center for additional information.
19. If any Member fails to comply with the Program or the rules of participating properties in any manner, including violations of these rules, misuse of the Caesars Rewards card, fraud, misrepresentation, improper conduct, violation of laws or any Member is or should be excluded from gaming at any participating property, all as determined by Caesars in its sole discretion, Caesars may terminate the Member’s membership in the Program. In lieu of termination, Caesars may, at its sole discretion, deduct Reward Credits from a Member’s account and/or demote the Member’s account status, but permit the individual to remain a Caesars Rewards Member. In the event of a Member’s termination for any reason, the Member’s Reward Credits shall immediately expire. Caesars shall have no obligation to award any compensation and there shall be no other recourse for the account termination or the expired Reward Credits.
20. Subject to applicable laws, Caesars may either terminate or suspend membership benefits of Members who have been issued credit and are in default in repayment of that credit, who have had a check cashed and returned for non-payment, or are in any other way delinquent with respect to payments or indebtedness owed to Caesars. If the suspended Member becomes current on all payments owed to Caesars, Caesars may reinstate the Member’s membership benefits and Reward Credits. The decision whether or not to reinstate membership benefits and/or Reward Credits is at the sole discretion of Caesars.

22. A Participant’s Caesars Account must be in good standing both at the time of referring and the time at which Reward Credits are awarded.
23. This Promotion is only valid for wagering available within the State of AZ/CO/DC/IA/IL/IN/KS/KY/LA/MD/ME/MI/NC/NJ/NY/OH/PA/PR/TN/VA/WV/WY, via the Caesars desktop site or mobile app.
24. Participants may opt out of this Promotion by contacting Caesars Customer Support.
25. Participants may be notified by email, SMS, and/or phone when Reward Credits are added to their Caesars Account.
26. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
27. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
28. Except where prohibited by law, Participants consent and agree to allow Caesars the unconditional use of their name, voice, likeness and story for any promotions, advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or approval.
29. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
30. Caesars reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the Promotion, for any reason, with or without notice, at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
31. Caesars reserves the right to change the rules of the Promotion due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.
32. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Caesars whose decisions are final.
33. Caesars may disqualify any Participant from receiving Reward Credits based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
34. Caesars is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
35. Caesars is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Caesars, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
36. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Caesars which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Caesars reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
37. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Caesars reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
38. Records related to the Promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
39. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to the rules.
40. Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.
