Who is Entitled to Participate

1. You may only use the Services if You comply with all of the following:

Account Registration

1. Anyone interested in participating in the Services is obliged to register and open an Account at the Site.
2. The Company shall review the details, information and documentation provided by You as a part Our "know your customer" process. 9.
