17. Free Bets must be used at www.bet442.co.uk within 14 days of being credited. Bet442
    reserves the right to revoke unused Free Bets after this period.

19. Customers who deposit using PayPal, Neteller, Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap or Paysafe will not
    be eligible for the Free Bets.
20. Subject to legal and regulatory obligations (including AML requirements), players shall
    always be entitled to withdraw:
    o Their deposit balance
    o Winnings from wagers made with deposited funds
    o Winnings from any Free Bet with no unmet wagering requirements

21. Free Bet 1 will be awarded if the player places a £20+ qualifying Horse Racing single
    bet at minimum odds of Evens (2.00) and the bet loses.
22. Free Bet 2 will be awarded if the player places a second qualifying Horse Racing
    single bet of £20+ at minimum odds of Evens (2.00) and the bet loses.
23. Free Bet 1: 50% of stake back as a Free Bet, up to £30.
24. Free Bet 2: 50% of stake back as a Free Bet, up to £20.
25. Each player may receive only one of each Free Bet token (Free Bet 1 and Free Bet 2).
26. Free Bet 2 will be available when second qualifying bet loses and the Free Bet 1 has
    been placed.
27. Free Bet tokens must be used on selections with minimum odds of 3/2 (2.50).
28. Free Bets are valid on single selections only.
29. Each Way markets and System Bets (e.g., Trixie, Yankee, Lucky) are excluded.
30. Cash Out bets do not qualify for activation and cannot be placed using Free Bets.
31. Free Bets are not convertible to cash or other bonuses.
32. Free Bets are non-splitable – if not used in full, the remainder is forfeited.
33. Free Bets must be used within 14 days of being credited.
34. Free Bet stake is not returned with winnings.
35. Winnings from Free Bets are not subject to any further wagering and can be withdrawn
    immediately.
36. Free Bets can only be used on Sports and not on Casino, Live Casino, or other
    products.
37. Bet442 may cancel, amend or modify any promotion, competition, bonus or special
    offer by publishing the amended or modified terms or notice of cancellation on the
    relevant internet page of the promotion, competition or special offer. Such amendment,
    modification or cancellation shall take effect following the expiry of a period of 14 days
    of such publication, or with immediate effect, where required for security reasons, to
    comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the
    promotion, competition or special offer is not capable of being conducted as specified
    as a result of exceptional circumstances.
38. Please note that Bet442 will not exercise this right to amend, modify or cancel any
    promotion, competition of special offer under this term for players who have already
    opted into the relevant promotion, competition or special offer, made a deposit in
    expectation of receipt of a bonus or otherwise commenced play in relation to the
    relevant promotion, competition or special offer where to do so would affect the ability
    of these players to:

• Receive or accrue the relevant bonus;
• Fulfil the remaining qualifying criteria for the relevant promotion, competition or
  special offer;
• Use, access or retain any bonuses already received or accrued,
  except where the relevant Customer(s) has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful behaviour
  or where the amendment, modification or cancellation of the promotion is required to
  enable Us to comply with our legal and/or regulatory obligations. Notwithstanding
  anything else in this Bonus Policy or any additional terms or rules which govern the
  provision of any gambling promotion to players, players shall not be prevented from
  withdrawing:
• Their deposit balance,
• Winnings from wagers made with funds in that deposit balance; and
• Winnings from any bonus which are not subject to wagering requirements or
  restrictions (or for which wagering requirements or restrictions have been
  satisfied),
  except where Bet442 is required to prevent such withdrawal of funds in order to comply
  with legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering requirements).
