How it works
- Bet on sports during the week. Stake at least ₦100 in total between Friday and Thursday.
- Let your bets settle. Only settled bets count, whether they win or lose. Get 10% back on Friday.
- If you finish the week down, BetKing credits 10% of your net losses as free bets.
- Use your free bets within 72 hours. They work on sports markets only.
Say you stake through the week and finish ₦6,000 down.
BetKing credits ₦600 in free bets on Friday. If you finish ₦25,000 down, you still get ₦1,000, because the refund is capped.
In practice, the most you can earn is ₦1,000, which you reach at ₦10,000 in net losses.
Key terms to know
- Only real-money bets count. Bets placed with free bets don’t qualify.
- Cashed-out, voided, and cancelled bets don’t count towards your losses.
- Only sportsbook bets qualify. Casino and virtuals are excluded.
- You can’t combine this with BetKing’s Royal Cashback. Royal Cashback customers are exempt.
- It’s one offer per household, and duplicate accounts lose their free bets.
- Free bets can only be used on the BetKing mobile site and apps.
Our verdict
Refund Fridays won’t change your week, but it’s a fair safety net for regular, low-stake punters.
The terms are simple, there’s no code to remember, and the ₦100 minimum is easy to reach. The ₦1,000 cap means it’s best suited to casual bettors, not high rollers.
Remember the 72-hour expiry, because unused free bets disappear.
