He is deeply knowledgeable about regulatory matters such as licensing and betting taxes, and keeps a sharp eye on legal and fair play issues affecting the betting industry in Kenya.
Born and raised in Nakuru, David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi.

A die-hard Arsenal supporter, he absolutely loves his football, and hardly ever misses a game on TV! He is also highly versed in tennis and rugby, with Mwamba RFC holding a special place in his heart.
